Lovely
Always a lovely stay, fantastic for kids, lovely staff, the rooms are clean, the kitchen has the necessities, the facilities give hours of fun for kids. In summer there's a cafe cart, the local cafes and clubs and pubs are fantastic. Bowling club in walking distance. We've been before and will go again. Ocean cabins have views and ocean sounds, amazing. 8 mins drive from the Entrance.

Cabin was very run down shower door broken, bed rock hard, pillows old and flat, walls and paint chipped.
View was perfect and staff polite.

The microwave and the iron weren't working. Needed to heat up food but couldn't. The iron leaked dirty all over the clothes. We complained but the office staff didnt seem to care

The cabin was old and tired. The windows didn’t close properly and the whirlybird on the roof made a loud noise all through the night that you could hear in the upstairs bedroom. The pipes banged every time you used the taps, shower or toilet which was very inconvenient at night when the attached cabin used these. The walls were paper thin and you could hear what was happening in the attached cabin all night long. When I brought this to the attention of the park it was made out to not be a problem. No attempt to make things right. Do not recommend.

Great place for a large group of families for a weekend away! Kids can have fun at the pool and slides or riding their bikes around. We have been twice now and will definitely book again! Super friendly staff and well maintained facilities. Cabin has everything you need.

We decided to return to Sun Valley some 7 years later with our new van. And nothing has changed. Amenities are clean but dated. No slabs, but that's hit and miss for most caravan parks these days. If your looking for a pit stop on your way up north, this is the perfect place to do so.. 200 mtr to the Patrolled beach Shelly Beach Surf Club has had a complete overhaul, now operating a cafe down below and resturant up stairs Friday - Sunday only. Golf Club next door and local Bowling club both with in walking distance. Bay Village shopping centre 5 min drive. We discovers the coastal walk, ( thanks to the new council signage) which gives you great views all the way back to Lake Entrance. So if your looking for beer budget accommodation ( referring to site rates only) Sun Valley is the perfect location!
