Front desk very welcoming. I was able to pay for early check in. I received the room and location of the room that I wanted. Room very nice, clean and comfortable. Bedding was comfortable as well. I didn't stay for breakfast but the jetset coffee as I was leaving was good. I go to Shelbyville off and on; will definitely stay again.

This hotel was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. It was during a terrible ice and snow winter crisis in Kentucky. On an emergency run for my job which is an emergency run I've flipped my car onto the driver side and then back up onto four wheels they quoted me a price for the room. I 64 was closed so I was stuck the food was atrocious. My mistake when I checked out I paid my bill and left it was $60 more than they had quoted me I had already lost my car I had no phone charger I had no food everything was closed when I called about the problem with the price she placed me on hold said she would be back and when she did she hung up. I was out $300 for a hotel that didn't have a decent bite to eat and would not hold their bargain of $120 per night. United States you do not cheat people when there is a crisis I was out to help I did not have to do what I did.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is a no smoking hotel, but our room was near an exit where people would smoke. Our room had a smokey smell. We alerts the staff and owner and they were very gracious. If you are looking for an affordable hotel near Louisville, I would recomend this one.

Very friendly staff. I felt safe walking to the Arby’s next door. Room was clean but it could use an update on everything. I’d stay here again. Great price for my stay.
