Hampton Inn is our go-to place to book for guests we have coming into town. The staff is super helpful and the accommodations are exceptional. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Our guests always enjoy their stay at the Hampton Inn Eagle Point!

We were very disappointed in our recent stay. We made a reservation and told the staff person that we needed a room refrigerator. We got to our room and there was no refrigerator. We were moved (and probably upgraded) to another room but it was a hassle to move rooms. We left the next morning at approximately 10:30 am and thoroughly cleaned to enable housekeeping to empty trash, make the bed, tidy and replace and replenish used towels. When we arrived back at @8:30 pm both room keys did not work and we had to go back and get them rekeyed. Then, we discovered no one had made the bed or tidied the room! Very upsetting and disappointing! When we called to complain, we were told we needed to request housekeeping. Really??? We were not told nor given any information about this important fact. How were we to know???We had to empty our trash, make our bed and go downstairs to get fresh towels. This is not the level of hospitality that we expect from Hampton Inn and Suites!

I stayed here solo for business recently. This was a very enjoyable stay. The property is located in a quiet area adjacent to a retail development. Traffic noise was negligible. The facilities appeared and smelled clean with none of the overpowering air freshener I have encountered at two other Hampton Inn properties recently. Check in was efficient. The room was clean and appeared recently renovated along with the rest of the facility. Everything worked fine. I question Hilton’s continued usage of bar soap when there are already squeeze dispensers in the shower. That’s wasteful. There were a few eating establishments in the area without having to get back out on 280 but some were closed on Sunday evening. I really enjoyed my stay here and will stop again.

We recently took our youth group of 46 to Birmingham, Alabama for a youth conference. James, the Director of Sales, took care of everything for us. He booked our rooms, secured us a group rate, and checked on us regularly during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for a total of four nights. The rooms were clean, the staff was so nice and accommodating to our kids and the breakfast was fully stocked each morning. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel too. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Stayed here four years ago, and we just stayed again. It has gone downhill. James at the front desk was fantastic. The room/bathroom was not cleaned well at all. It needs a complete renovation. The breakfast was one container with 2-3 egg circles and three pieces of sausage. The pastries were old. We will not stay here again.

Thanks to a water disaster in our home, we were forced to relocate for 6 weeks! We hit the jackpot with this hotel! I can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the entire staff was during our stay. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the coffee never stopped flowing! Located on the less- hectic end of Hwy 280, it is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops, and is just a few miles down the road from all the attractions that Bham has to offer! Whether you’re local and forced out of your home or traveling for business or pleasure, you cannot go wrong with this hotel!

The rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. This hotel is tucked away with no traffic noise but close enough to walk to restaurants. Staff is super friendly. I really enjoyed the stay and breakfast is terrific as well with lots of options. Thank!
