Located at the corner of Beale Street and Front Street, this property is situated less than 2 blocks from the entrance of the Beale Street Entertainment District, close to the central Business District and is on the banks of the Mississippi River. With 227 total guestrooms and suites, all with oversized windows and views of the city or the river, the hotel will be part of the larger development of One Beale. When complete the complex will include a residential component, additional restaurant and bar options ranging from casual to fine dining. The property will include approximately 9,000 sq ft of unique meeting space created through the conversion of the historic William C. Ellis and Sons Ironworks and Machine Shop, originally constructed in 1879. The property will include a Latin Inspired 3 meal restaurant, Cimas, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Mississippi River and famous M Bridge, outdoor patio dining overlooking the river and pool deck and a local vibe through design and music components. Additionally, the property will include a Lobby Bar specializing in curated cocktails. Beck Call will be the 3rd outlet on property and is a high end Whiskey Bar located on the roof of the property with amazing views of Beale Street and an open air concept with one wall having the ability to fully open to the patio. The rooftop will also offer casual bench seating, fire pits, additional mobile bar options and views of the Memphis skyline and Mississippi River. Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis will also include the only “Resort Style” pool experience in the downtown market. This unique experience will include an expansive pool deck, 4 private cabanas, food and beverage options and a music concept to bring the space to life.

We have a total of two rooms. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was bad when we checked in. We changed the card several times up and down. Finally, we asked the people of the engineering department to repair the lock. When I checked out, the front desk said that there was a problem with the payment of the room rate. Let me swipe the card again, but my room rate was prepaid by Trip.com , how could I pay it again. Later, the front desk communicated with her manager, and they solved the room rate by themselves. They should go to communicate with the third-party intermediary of Trip.com .

We had a lovely stay! Location was excellent, the staff was very helpful and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍

Right next to the Grizzlies home court Be careful to avoid pitfalls when it comes to breakfast. The hotel I booked with Ctrip in China included breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was a set meal. I spent more than $200 on breakfast for three days... But Ctrip was awesome and compensated me directly. Thumbs up to Ctrip.

Good for business travelers! But parking is only valet for 40$! Expensive!

Great location, easy walk to Beale Street. Room was very clean. Duck Parade is a must. Will definitely stay here again.

The space: This 1910's fourplex apartment building has tons of historic charm but with modern amenities and updates. The shared balcony upstairs is perfect for morning coffee. The unit itself is on the ground floor, is sophisticated yet cozy, with contemporary furnishings, vintage touches, and original hardwood floors. A shotgun house is a long narrow unit with no central hallway - so the living room flows into the bedroom which flows into the dining room, without separation; perfect for couples and solo travelers. The bathroom and kitchen were just renovated! The apartment has stylish furnishings, a big screen TV, a comfortable memory foam mattress and laundry in unit. Pets are welcome!The location: Super central Midtown location! Easy to drive anywhere in Memphis or Uber/Lyft. Easy and free street parking.Other things to note: This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you.
