Five-star hotel 🏨, the service attitude is very good, the environmental facilities are not bad, the sleeping is comfortable and quiet, and the food is not expensive

Today we stayed in hotels for the second time :). We were greeted wonderfully and given the same room. Clean and cozy! The staff is very polite and friendly. Managers are professional and competent! The view from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids is amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you!

From check-in to departure The whole experience was very good Excellent location Staff are quite friendly The disadvantage is that the workmanship in the bathroom is a bit rough Drainage is not good The bath products provided are not easy to use. It is recommended to bring your own.

Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids. I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy. The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.

It is a recently built hotel, and payment is made at the time of stay. The view is the best, and the hotel itself is very clean. It's all completely new. It is located right next to the ticket office to enter the Giza Pyramids. Many Koreans don't seem to know, but you can take pictures of the three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is simply eaten on the terrace. The room is clean, but the view from the room is closed. However, for this price, this level of cleanliness and view is quite reasonable.

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

The experience in the hotel has been amazing!! We received an incredible service from everyone but specially from Manna who has been a star in everything. He gave us an upgrade, we had amazing views on the first line just in front of the pyramids, with a balcony and the room was big and clean. We had problems with our tour booked with another agency and he resolved everything from his amazing agency and we enjoyed the day around the best places in Cairo historical areas. We received the best service and we will be forever grateful. We fully recommend this experience. The price of the room with breakfast included, the views and the tour were great. Our stay at Azal Pyramids Hotel was fantastic! The room was beautiful, and having a safe big enough to hold a laptop made our tours even more enjoyable, as I never had to worry about my work computer. The wonderful pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot day. The standout was the exceptional service from Karim and Ahmed, who were always warm, helpful, and a lot of fun! We highly recommend this gem for an incredible experience in Egypt!
