This is my 2nd time staying at the Wildhomestay - it's a simple place, and I love it that way. This time, I met a special friend, a small dog that lives at/around the place; he followed my hiking, and we easily became friends! All in all, if you like nature and simple living, I highly recommend this place.

The main lecture hall next to it is almost idle, and some are open at night as bars, which are said to have been cultural and creative before. The whole hotel service is also in place, almost responsive. Breakfast buffet, noodles, wontons, buns have everything, buns are delicious, stone cakes are also available. When we left, we also sent us eggs and Huimo as a souvenir, because the distance was too far and the eggs were not easy to change to tea.

The owner was very friendly and helpful as well. They have a rooftop restaurant, where you can have breakfast and other meals or just chill with coffee or local tea and enjoy the fresh air and the view. The breakfast is typical chinese, so do not expect croissants or sausages and beans or cereals. We had lunches and dinners there too, the food is really good, they cook it like they’d cook for their family. Excellent location for hikes and walks along the rice fields and hills and around the village.
