年前入住，停車很空，早餐兩份送了娃一份，但是我老公沒去吃，我跟娃去吃的，所以贈送的那份也沒有意義！早餐特別簡單，而且不好吃，不是本地人，不懂這家酒店的早餐按照什麼標準在供應！房間在18樓最邊，電梯有一邊異響很大，晃得厲害！另一邊較正常！沒有機器人送外賣上樓！這年頭這家酒店條件很落後！同等價位的酒店對比，衹有這家沒有送水果或者點心等服務！客房內，房間空間大，但是很空盪，並不舒適！最重要的是，淋浴房做的很長，就很奇怪的設計，蓮蓬頭調熱水，水壓不大到在正常範圍，熱水！我真是服了！讓你們老闆或者主管去洗洗看！熱水調温水壓根就不行，很燙，到了冷水的那邊還是燙水，在過去一點就是冷水！我懷疑是我動作太大了，不夠精細，我就一點一點往冷水那邊掰，就像電影中偷保險櫃轉動密碼鎖似的，就這樣小心翼翼地掰還是燙**和凍**！然後突然又沒那麼燙了，以為正常了，洗一半，水壓變小了又燙**！然後你調過去一點又冷水！忽大忽小，忽冷忽熱！真行！衞生間抽氣跟燈具是一個開關，你要關抽氣，就關燈了！裝修的也是人才啊！這家酒店也快關門了吧！我是看很新才挑這家入住的！另外！我老公把車開出去了，我退了房帶娃坐前台等他來接我，前台旁邊那個卡座，灰塵最起碼三五天沒有打掃的，桌子椅子我用紙巾一擦是黑的！等了挺久就叫了個外賣在卡座吃，吃完了我用紙巾反覆把桌子擦乾淨，垃圾也帶出去扔！兩位前台不熱情，這是公家的酒店？還是要倒閉了？感覺這麼怪呢！大是大，但是也很不舒適也沒服務呀～沒什麼人氣！挺偏僻的！總之，這家酒店不會再考慮了，帶娃的也考慮下，安靜倒是很安靜，塗這個就來住！總之服務方面是很差的！就像整棟大廈沒幾個人似的！一個人住多嚇人！

據説蘭信是五星配置造的酒店，景觀、房間大小、觀光車接送等確實不錯！但是！軟件配置極其糟糕！首先早飯大概2-3星水平，衹有面和粥可以吃，服務設施基本沒有，熱水一會兒熱一會兒冷，水壓不穩定，價格嚴重虛高，不建議住這裏。

除了早餐真沒什麼要吐槽的，可以了，房間大，住的舒服極了，早餐麼也無所謂了，自己買點吃吃，我們定了兩間房，一間是270度江景，真的好，性價比絕對高，前台服務非常耐心周到，很滿意
