Это отличный вариант для тех, кто ищет комфорт и удобство во время пребывания в Боровом. Отель расположен в живописном месте, на берегу озера Щучье, что позволяет насладиться уникальными природными пейзажами. Особое внимание стоит уделить обслуживанию. Персонал отеля доброжелателен и всегда готов помочь, что добавляет дополнительный комфорт в процессе пребывания. Ресторан предлагает вкусные блюда по меню, а также неплохое обслуживание. В целом, питание вполне разнообразное и удовлетворяет различные вкусовые предпочтения. В отеле имеется СПА зона. Из минусов можно отметить, что некоторые помещения требуют небольшого обновления, но это не оказывает значительного влияния на общий комфорт. Жаль, что в номерах нет чайника. Завтраки немного однообразные и скудные.

Всем здравствуйте Заказали рыбу 3 порции из них 2 принесли хорошие а вот одну внутри грязную. На что администратор кафе сказала это не их вопрос. Завтраки ужасные на 1 января 2025г. опять же администрация кафе не идет на встречу. Новогоднее шоу было хорошее а вот кухня опять бы 50/50. Владельцу заведения поговорите с администрацией кафе.

Ужасное обслуживание официанты не подходят приходилось постоянно их звать столы грязные .зовешь официантов подходят с лицом не довольным .ужасно все . Ждали стейк семги 1.5 часа ,постоянно приходилось звать?подходили на ресепшен жаловались

Ужасный отель! Номера не убирают, мебель и сантехника сломаные или вот вот сломаются. Лифта нет, пришлось тащить чемоданы на 4й этаж. В ресторане сервис ниже плинтуса, а цены необоснованно завышены, порции маленькие, меню однообразное. Полотенца меняют раз в 2 дня и оно рассчитано и для бассейна и для ванной. В отеле никак не реагируют на соблюдение тишины в ночное время, не делают замечания шумящим гостям. Не рекомендую! Плюсов нет

As a European, I can not lie. There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals. They do have an English copy of the menu! Small area outside on the patio , but the open tents on the path down to the lake have a 30% service if you choose to order anything from the restaurant. This is a good 20-metre pool. Sauna, and massage service. Bike rental is free, as are the pedalos. No lift. We were on the 4th floor! Service is very good all round but not much English spoken.

Отличный отель! Соотношение цены и качества! Отдыхали в июле 2022 года. 2 семьи!! Очень понравилось! Номера просторные и уютные!парковка для машин удобная! Питание отличное! Готовили вкусно! Озеро очень чистое.заходить в воду надо в спец.обуви-камешки мелкие!пляж маловат! Но зато бесплатных катамаранов всегда на всех хватало! Вернусь сюда!

Замечательный отель для тихого семейного отдыха. Очень отзывчивый персонал, слышат клиентов, готовы помогать, корректируют ситуации моментально. Нам изначально достался не очень светлый номер, попросили поменять, благо были свободные номера, нам предоставили 2 на выбор. В номерах чисто, белоснежная постель. Территория отеля прекрасная, есть, что выбрать для времяпровождения. Вкусные завтраки по системе шведского стола. Бассейн это отдельная тема. Природа сказочная, чистый воздух, прозрачное озеро, прыгающие белочки, кролики -радовали глаз. В общем это то место куда хочется вернуться. Особая благодарность Олесе и Марии и всему персоналу за комфорт, который создают для своих клиентов.

Положительное в данном месте только природа. В остальном не очень мнение(. Номер без окон, без кондиционера, нет холодильника, а на дворе лето, нет фена, даже элементарно нет в номере телефона. Ехали сюда 450 км, предоплату не возвращают, номеров других не было, но все прелести данного номера не рассказали, даже когда показывали номер, при вопросе о холодильнике, сказали посмотрев по сторонам, а да его здесь нет В общем не рекомендую данный отель!!!
