I made my reservation using the Holiday Inn App and check-in was very quick and easy. I was greeted by two very friendly and professional front desk employees who immediately recognized me as a gold rewards member. They made me immediately feel welcome and in no time at all I was in my spacious and very clean room. My room was very well attended, the bed well-made and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong, dependable and worked well throughout my entire stay. I received a breakfast slip at check-in which entitled me to a complimentary made to order breakfast. The breakfast attendants were great. They were attentive to the needs of their guests and went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of. This hotel is located just off Interstate 81 but far enough away that I did not encounter any road noise. If you do not want to have dinner in the on-site restaurant there are a number of restaurants located within easy driving distance. All in all I had a very enjoyable stay at this Holiday Inn that was highlighted by great customer service from the front desk staff and the breakfast attendants. Great Job by all.

This stay was fantastic! Clean, spacious, comfortable -especially the bedding. It was luxurious. Of special note is the helpfulness of the night manager on duty, Jacob. We had arrived later than expected. He was friendly and welcoming.

Clean comfortable hotel in Winchester VA Good hotel. We picked because of restaurant but restaurant was closed. Ordered from outside by Doordash worked out fine.
