Shoutout to the business manager, Brett. We traveled for a wedding and one of our parties left their wedding clothes in the closet. He figured out where their belongings were and graciously stuck them in the mail for us. He was professional and extremely pleasant!

Nice location and near highway. Room clean. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Need to close bathroom door to mask the fan noise that was running continously. Did not care for the barn door slide for bathroom. Door would not stay closed which did not provide privacy accustom to. Comfortable beds and pillows. The usual breakfast choices. Manager was cleaning the tables at breakfast which matched the friendly atmosphere from employees.

Room was extremely uncleanly and full of dust, it's clear the maid staff is paying little attention to detailed cleaning. Breakfast was on par with most other Hampton hotels, just average. Best bet would to look across the highway at the Courtyard.

Seems to be an older property undergoing renovations. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the place was super quiet. Got this after a Monday night football game at Arrowhead, only a good 30 minutes away. Price was a little high, assuming because of the game but insanely cheaper than the surrounding properties. (One home2 was 1100 a night, should be illegal) That’s usually cause for concern but experienced none on this stay but worth 146 a night? Not even close. So that’s the reason for only 4 stars.

AC was a little noisy for me. I'm a lite sleeper and I had to turn it off to get some sleep. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast was first class and they had a good selection of items.

The website said the lobby was as under renovation however, that was not the case. Multiple floors and rooms were being worked on. Once I arrived the construction noise was everywhere and I could barely finish my work calls for the day. When I responded to the Hilton text after settling into my room, I complained and without apology, I was simply told the website said so…there was no ice machine on the floor the put me on because that, as well as the lobby, was also under ‘renovation’. After I gave up on complaining and them offering to move my room (which would have changed nothing) I accepted construction all over the hotel would resume until 7. I’ll bet you already know if you’re reading this, they had not stopped construction at 7 and when I complained again, the response was this from the hotel; “they must have lost track of time”. I will never stay in this hotel again and I’ll make sure all of my business affiliates avoid it as well. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and more lies in the shortest time from a large hotel chain. Avoid this hotel.

under remodeling so very messy. hard to find a way into the lobby which was a makeshift one and then to find parking as the sidewalk and parking lot was under construction. Room was quiet but did not have maid service to make the bed or if I need more towels I had to go get them. Was very disappointed in the hotel.
