The hotel was clean, the bed comfy, the shower was good and hot, and breakfast was good. The gentleman attendant at breakfast was a very kind and hardworking man.

I would leave a -5 if I could. The man at the front desk is THE WORST at customer service! They purposely put my sister and I in the FARTHER rooms away from each other. I called the week before our arrival and I also called the day before the arrival to coordinate this request. We were told that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they could take care of us if we checked in early. We are here at 4pm when check in starts and they refused to accommodate the request. We’ve stayed here at this location before and I remember the same man being the most rude person I’ve ever experienced. I sat and watched 4 people check into rooms that were closer to my sister than I was and checked in 30 minutes after I checked in! Absolutely ridiculous when you pay for service and someone purposely does this.

Room was clean, the breakfast was great and offered allergy friendly options, and it was a nice quiet hotel with friendly staff.

The only thing that had any flaws was the pool. The only grab bar is very loose and wobbly. The smell of chlorine is very strong but the rest of the hotel was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Your breakfast bar was awesome! We have stayed in 5 different hotels on our trip and this Fairfield Inn was amazing. Kudos to the manager!!
