I was trying to use my Sezzle & Klarna app, which is partnered and offered as a choice with Choice Hotels with these buying apps, however , the front desk lady, didn’t know how to use or wouldn’t use that service for me. My family had booked a room for 4 days to escape the extreme cold weather and I was denied to use my buying app virtual card for my already booked rooms. I was not offered early checkin or even asked to stay in lobby till I literally begged to check in early due to the temperature outside was 23 degrees and still had a 6 hour window to be able to check in and my family was cold from waiting. I had to use my debit card to book a room for the night, however that same Klarna app virtual card that the front desk lady stated was declining to pay for my hotel stay, I later used to purchase a huge fast food purchase with door dash. I do not recommend this hotel room and especially do not book here if you use Klarna or Sezzle to book your stay.
