設施有點老舊，衞生環境一般，前台服務一般。温泉不錯，温泉服務人員服務熱情，就是指示牌不明顯，也沒人告知，不知道吃得東西都在二樓。

途徑這裏，能住到這樣的酒店總體來説是可以的。温泉確實不錯，但是大盤雞沒吃到，房沒空調。雖然外面很涼爽，但是室內是真的熱，卻不給開空調是真的不太好。

房間大，乾淨衞生，停車方便。送温泉門票，温泉非常棒，室外泡湯池有好多，環境非常好，温泉富含多種礦物質，體驗感好好！

酒店有點年頭了，沒有空調，白天還是很熱的。第一次入住了當天選擇退房，説實話這個價格不值得。進入酒店的路塌方了，酒店也沒有提前告知入住客人。很難開，很危險，過幾天下雨的話還是要慎重選擇。酒店前台是我遇到最冷漠的前台了

房間和樓道有刺鼻廉價香水的香氛味道，房門變形，開關困難。沒有空調，衹有集中供熱。房間和設施相對來説陳舊，衹適合泡温泉，實在不適合住。
重點！在還未退房人不在情況下，服務人員私自進入房間拿走了我們付費購買的大桶飲用水。
環境：整個酒店買水很難，自動販賣機未製冷，且價格巨貴，建議入住前在路上買好帶來。門口燒烤店及小商店一律不賣水。
