This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home for 12 in Shaver Lake is just what your large group needs for a memorable mountain getaway. You'll enjoy easy access to the lake and the slopes. Families or groups of friends will love this spacious yet comfy cabin, complete with a large game room for movie nights and an impressive easy start fireplace in the downstairs family room! You'll have a quiet acre of countryside to explore the San Joaquin valley landscape and large deck with bbq and flat grill . The space The open concept kitchen, dining and living space make it great for spending time with family and friends. The home offers a large living/dining/kitchen area as you walk in through through the front door. In addition the master bedroom with a full en suite is located just down the hall. It also offers a half bath on the first floor as well. Then you move upstairs where you will find a full bath and 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds that are right across from the LARGE game room that hosts 2 COMFY queen size fold out beds, a large sectional couch, an impressive entertainment center as well as a wet bar and mini fridge, If youre looking for more peace and quite there is also a large desk and office space located upstairs as well. Laundry room offers full washer and dryer as well. Guest access There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Four cars can fit in the driveway. No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal. No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways. Boat & Trailer Parking is only allowed in West Village & East Village. We recommend that all guests utilize Sierra Marina for a wet slip and/or trailer parking. Garage parking is not available on site.
