overall our stay was fine. we just experienced no hot water for the first day. we were not informed until we arrived at check in. we did not receive any call ahead of time to make other accommodations. the caucasian woman staff member was super nice.

This is by far the worst Hilton Garden Inn I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re traveling for business, DO NOT stay here. The bathroom had a terrible smell that never went away. My digital key didn’t work, forcing me to deal with the rude and completely incompetent staff. Speaking of staff, they clearly have no interest in providing even basic customer service. To make matters worse, they allowed people to scream at the top of their lungs in the pool area—and when I complained, I was told there was “nothing they could do about it.” Completely unacceptable. This place is trashy, poorly managed, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a Hilton property. I won’t be back, and I suggest anyone looking for a professional, restful stay look elsewhere.

Great and informative staff. Very professional. Great atmosphere. Clean and roomy. Interesting decor. Quiet neighborhood. Close to highway. 1 hour from Ark experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores.
