2. 用品缺失：房間無拖鞋、無洗漱包，衞生間紙巾無法取出，床頭無備用紙巾。
3. 服務怠慢： 入睡時發現無被褥，致電前台久等方送來潮濕被子。
價格高昂卻連基礎服務（維修響應、用品配備、寢具保障）均嚴重缺失，性價比極低，強烈不推薦。

The hotel environment, beach, coffee bar, and restaurant are all very good. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Sharm is very good. If you have the opportunity to go again, you can stay a few more days.
