Мне отель понравился. Несмотря, что отель 3***, он очень достойный. Особенно понравился персонал на ресепшене, клининг и в ресторане. А так как отель находится на горе, открывается замечательный вид на море и горы

Decided on b&b for our 2 week stay as we knew how cheap it was to eat out, and choose to eat what we wanted. First time in over 20 visits to sharm we have not done all incl and glad we did. Breakfast was very basic and only ate 3 times. No fruit just salads. Stuck to dry toast with jam. We had a lovely room 211 on 1st floor with super king bed. Very clean and comfortable with views to die for of the pool and Naama Bay. Staff were all amazing and couldnt do enough for us we were well looked after. So friendly and courteous. The only fault we could mention were the steps and back of hotel to get to and from the bay. We are a couple of nearly 70 years and admit it was a struggle coming back up 139 steps but other than that i would happily return to Eden Rock. The price we paid for 2 weeks was a great deal. Thank you Eden Rock and you certainly dont get the credit due.

The bedding was dirty. The inside of the bedding was yellow and old and looked like it had sweat and bodily fluids from different people. When speaking to staff about this they bought another yellow old pillow and I showed them how dirty it was. They said to me it’s okay and I said no this isn’t okay I need clean sheets and insides of bedding too. He proceeded to further try tell me it was clean which overwhelmed me and I burst into tears as I had a six hr flight and reached the hotel around 1am and this didn’t get sorted until 2:30 ish. The WiFi was really bad and I could not contact my loved ones so felt uncomfy for the first few days until I installed my own sim.

Это было отвратительно. Нам трижды меняли номер, потому что в одном нет горячей воды и кондера, в другом тоже самое только ещё и насадки в душе нет, в третьем более менее , о чудо заработал кондёр на теплый режим. На ресепшене только по английски, им плевать на все, ты должен бегать за ними просить , чтобы сделали теплую воду. Может тут с мая можно спокойной отдыхать, но на зимней период будьте готовы утепляться или бегать за ними, чтобы дали теплый номер. Обещали дополнительное одеяло, до сих пор несут. (Мы уже давно улетели). Грязные занавески, прям в пятнах. По еде понятно, мы не ожидали ничего сверхъестественного. Завтраки одни и те же , ели только яйца вареные, и то скорлупа грязная. Ужины неплохие, суп очень вкусный . Самый огромный плюс это расположение и все. И то пляж канабеш, мелкий, не знаю где там можно купаться, как море азовское.

Excellent overlook view of Naama Bay
Exceptional value for money. We give this hotel top points based on the price paid. In addition, we added 'Half Board' for our meals to get dinner every night. Buffet breakfast included in booking price. With buffet dinner added, there was enough food to keep us happy. This hotel has an awesome chef who comes out to check that guests are content and he personally cooks by the pool on BBQ night.
Amazing sunrises over the Bay with a nice breeze coming off of the ocean. Nice deck around pool. Lots of staff to look after our needs, pool and grounds.

Хочу написать отзыв по свежим впечатлениям. Это была моя 15-ая поездка в Египет, за последние 2 года пятая поездка в Шарм-эль-Шейх. Отель очень понравился, учитывая, что он ТРИ звезды. В Наама Бей достаточно высокий ценник на проживание, особенно на первой береговой. Eden rock я выбрала, так как до пляжа рукой подать и вблизи пешеходная зона и променад , рядом магазины и туристический центр с ресторанами и развлечениями. Отель расположен на возвышенности, до моря нужно спуститься по лестнице. Она не такая страшная, как люди пишут в отзывах. Ступеньки безопасные, сделаны из камней и бетона. Неспешным шагом на пляж Катаракт идти 7 минут. Номера чистые, персонал доброжелательный и вежливый. Хочу поблагодарить молодого человека Атефа , он убирался в моем номере и делал невероятные произведения искусства из полотенец. Что касается еды - она специфическая, но вы не останетесь голодными. Это питание в Египте. Спасибо отелю за прекрасную неделю у моря. Дополню фотографиями. Eden Rock для спокойного и не спешного отдыха, детям тут будет скучно. Но если вы приехали насладиться морем , пейзажами и дайвингом - то вам сюда.
