Il cibo è pessimo, sembrava essere riutilizzato da un giorno all'altro. Il menù è stato identico tutti i giorni. Siamo stati intossicati. L'acqua viene fornita imbottigliata ogni giorno in stanza. Nei ristoranti probabilmente il ghiaccio utilizzato è prodotto con acqua contaminata. Ho preso un tè la cui acqua era appena scaldata, dal sapore imbevibile. Ci è stata data una stanza matrimoniale quando avevamo prenotato per una doppia. L'aria condizionata funzionava solo in modalità Hight Speed ed inoltre era molto rumorosa. Lampadine fulminate e segnalate, frigorifero che raffreddava appena le bevande, vasca da bagno con la colonna del soffione doccia rotto.

Hotel it’s was not too bad food very poor but stuff from pool it’s very helpful and friendly rooms it’s was clean every day weather it’s was very nice and hot reception staff it’s was nice I think the best it’s was sea it’s was very nice time we will back soon again

I had a wonderful experience. The beach is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. What pleasantly surprised me was Mohamed (the cleaning staff) being very friendly and available to help. The resort offers you security as there are cameras at every corner.

Отличный отдых в отеле Royal, большая территория трёх отелей, большой пляж с множеством развлечений, уютные и удобные номера с террасами! Особенно хочется отметить ресторан Royal North Restourant and Regency Plaza Aqua Park Hotel, Шеф повара Hesham El Saadany и его слаженный коллектив! Прекрасные повары и официанты, всегда приветливы, поднимут настроение в любое время, качество обслуживания и качество приготовления блюд на высоте! Ещё раз бы посетил это место просто, чтоб побывать в этом ресторане!) Это самый приятный бонус к прекрасной погоде, тёплому морю и удобным номерам!

Хороший вежливый персонал Отель достаточно староват, кормят средне. Цена соответствует качеству. Понравилось большое пространство, много можно гулять. Море не для дайвинга, но зато и не глубоко. И теплое после обеда в мае. Басейн тоже после обеда уже достаточно теплый. Не понравилось - интернета почти нет
