I had a wonderful experience. The beach is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. What pleasantly surprised me was Mohamed (the cleaning staff) being very friendly and available to help. The resort offers you security as there are cameras at every corner.

We were at the Royal Regency Club from April 19-29. We got a room with a very beautiful view of the sea and Mount Tiran. The room was cleaned every day. Every day we ate at the Royal Club restaurant by the beach. The food there was very good and varied. All the waiters, cooks and the boss tried very hard, were nice and very helpful. The guys serving the beach also deserve a great mention. I mean, of course, Mr. Amr and Mr. Waleed. Keep it up! And our favorite from the bar by the private beach Karem - not only does he make the time of the guests more pleasant, but above all he is a great bartender. Thanks to you we had a great rest!

We have just had a week’s fully inclusive break at the Regency Plaza Aqua Park and spa and had the most amazing time. We were given a warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff and our friendly porter took our luggage to our sea view room on the second floor with great views over the bay. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable, kingsize bed, sofa, table, desk and flat screen tv, a good size balcony with table, 2 chairs and a hammock. Tea and coffee facilities,and a fridge . We were given a 2 large bottles of water each day, fruit and soft drink to enjoy during our stay. Outside the gardens are beautifully landscaped and maintained, with palm and hibiscus trees. Lovely large pools, with well stocked bars, sun beds and umbrellas which the staff set up with comfortable cushions and towels for you. The beach is great for relaxing with cabanas for shade and sun beds when you want to sunbathe. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great with a huge choice to choose from and friendly and attentive staff. Big thank you to Restaurant staff Baher and Amr, Recreation manager Ramy, Pool and beach staff Jehad, Amr and Waleed Receptionists Omar, Osman and the team. We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay very special and looking forward to coming back soon. Alan & Zoe

the restaurant is the best in the hotel! chef Hesham is incredible! very creative personality and a kind person. staff is attentive and positive. the number of products could be increased. but, despite the quantity, the quality of the products was always at its best. and also, the musical accompaniment in the restaurant left a very good impression. light jazz perfectly supported the aura of rest and relaxation

We chose UAI package. The hotel makes everything to make you hard to consume your package benefits - advance booking of restaurants, while those are empty, they use technical spirits for cocktails, long queues in restaurants, etc. Room service is terrible, rooms dirty. Just don't waste your money and choose some other place. The photo was made after we wiped a table in the room.

The worst hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. No service, no clean food, no respectful staff—honestly, the only good thing about this place is the sea, nothing more. • Reception: 0 • Stay: 0 • Services: 0 • Service speed: 0 • Staff attitude: 0 I’ve tried most hotels in Sharm, and this one is by far the worst. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Hd a great time at the hotel. Our room was large and spacious. It was made up daily and bottled water was restocked daily. There was plenty of food and drink options for the whole family within the many restaurants. The staff were amazing - Mostafa, the life guard, nothing was too much trouble. Mohamed the barman's was amazing
