Coral Sea Imperial "Coral Sea Sensatori"

We arrived at hotel around 9.30 pm very quick check in and taken to room with suitcases right away ..Reception and porter very efficient and friendly. We had a large room overlooking children's pool in block 4 ..room 4205 and it was very clean and everything worked well . We worried it may be noisy but it definitely was the opposite. it was really quiet never heard anything and had great sleep in comfy large bed ,bathroom had a shower and shower over bath . Toiletries in bathroom and very clean .Room could do with a bit of upgrade but didn't bother us . The food was excellent ,always hot and very fresh ..cooking stations with different meats,fish and pasta. Fresh cakes everyday and very nice too ,breakfast was brilliant ,our waiter Ibrahim was great always ready with our drinks and a smile . The Al a carte restaurants all good We did like the Tiran restaurant best all the team in there can't do enough for you .unfortunately I didn't get all their names but Mohammad was our waiter on the few occasions we went and he's a credit to the team . The Italian was also good with great friendly service and lovely food ..and the Mirhaba restaurant was great too we had the meat skewers and was hot and very tender . We liked the prosecco hr think everyone loved that . The entertainment was fabulous 👌 Hein was a brilliant singer and pianist,then there was Craig on guitar 🎸 also a singer and the entertainment team also had amazing singers ..special mention for Ben he's brilliant but James lucinda and the rest of the team were also good this was in the piano bar and the waiters all looked after you very well a special mention to our friendly waiter Ahmed who remembered your drinks ... Also loved Theas coffee and bar near the beach ..the coffee is delicious and you can get ice cream and ice lollies also snacks .. The pools... the Adult pool you had to get up very early to get a bed there , always towels on beds even at 7am .We stayed by the infinity pool our waiter Abdi think I've spelt it right apologies if not was there with drinks when you needed them ,that was lovely and you could get a bed anytime .there was also 2 more pools . . The only big problem we had and hopefully the managment can sort it, is that now you have to take your beach towels back to the room and housekeeping take your dirty ones but unfortunately we never got fresh ones without having to keep ringing reception. Or going to complain to reception. We did get them once we phoned or called but for a week this is what happened and we weren't impressed as we're early risers and had no towels ..after speaking to management we finally got them at 6pm every night to end of our hols. Apparently it was just a few blocks that this happened to . This was our only gripe ,we've never had to beg for beach towels before . The weather as always was fantastic , We never saw any bugs or many flys and it's the 1st time we've never been bothered by Mosquito 🦟. This may be down to the cleanliness of

This was our 2nd trip to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. You are greeted like old friends with genuine happiness you have come back. Whilst the facilities are fantastic - it's the people here that make the holiday memorable. Ahmed and Mohammed in the piano bar had our drinks ready within minutes and kept us laughing and smiling all trip. Mahmoud, Karim, Abd and Mohammed in the restaurant were the perfect team and helped us make a birthday night really special. Then the pool team of Abd and Nabil delivered drinks before we knew we needed them . Mahmoud looked after our rooms - and nothing was too much trouble. From the gardeners, to the lovely smiley guy who monitors those coming in and out of the hotel next to the shops everyone wants you to have a brilliant time There are a couple of nice additions to the hotel this year. The cans of pop, crisps and chocolate treats in the room are great. The Tui teams work so hard and are a talented hardworking and thoroughly lovely group. There are enough options to get involved with activities or just chill out if thats more your thing ( i loved the Archery with Sam, Jamie or Ingrida). We did several of the evening shows and a few nights in the piano bar - and while the singers are brilliant - it was a little loud for our group so we chilled more in the Snooker / Darts / Pool room. It was really hot this last week so be aware how intense that sun can be even earlier in the holiday season. Thank goodness there was the breeze and loads of places where you could sit in the shade. So another fantastic holiday here and looking forward to coming back soon. Oh yeah - rooms that start 250× are great rooms. Private balcony (not shared terrace), sea and pool view and perfect spots to watch the sunrise from your balcony.

5 stars beautiful hotel and amazing staff we have visited this hotel for the last 5 years it never fails to deliver . a big thankyou to salah abdo and he’s staff for going above and beyond . We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. So if your looking to get married or honeymoon or just a Family hoilday this is the place to be ,looking forward to our next holiday here at the sensatori.

I would like to share my terrible experience at the sensatori hotel as I didn’t like my stay at all, food wasn’t good and it has an average tast also the room need to be updated staff are nice and they are the most thing that let me continue my stay I don’t recommend this hotel
