I have stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, I have never seen a hotel as awful and disgraceful as this one. I would not stay in this hotel again even if they paid me extra.

Очень много раз была в Египте, да и в других странах по системе все включено. Что хочу сказать. Это худшее питание в моей жизни . Если завтраки еще терпимо, то обеды и ужины это выживание . Никак иначе не назвать. Еды нет. Есть сухой рис (я нему отношусь нормально) и может перепадет подлива к нему, если повезет капуста и пару кусков огурца. От активности на море голод лишь просыпается. Но такими подачками его точно не удалишь . Со второй половины дня постоянно голодный , если не питаешься в других местах. И да, если вы думаете , что все включено это спиртные напитки местного производства, то вы просто еще не были в этом отеле. Но пива, ни местного Рома/виски вы тут не увидите

Stay away!! Bed bugs!!! The first night was a nightmare we booked for 10 days and we left tge second day because the first night we felt something biting us on bed... all night... we thought we're mosquitos since there were plenty.. but no.. way worst.. all night scratching everywhere and at 5 am we left the room exhausted.. we looked each other and we were full of bites .. red and white from bed bugs.. all over the body.. I went to front desk and they knew it!! They just say.. dint worry we put some spray and we put 2 covers on .. I mean seriously???!! So I asked to be refund but they pretend dknt listen and totally ignored me . So I left and I had to book another hotel . Bad people . No ac working bad food and BED BUGS

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days. During this period, they cleaned only once and even then we had to look for a cleaner and ask him. There are big, big problems with food. The hotel is slowly falling apart, the condition of the decoration and household items in the rooms is in poor condition - worse than in the old Soviet hotel.

The hotel is very old, they haven't done any renovations for about 15 years, the rooms are awful, completely unsanitary, the air conditioners work every other time, mosquitoes and stuffiness at night, you can't even sleep. The package includes everything, it turns out not everything is included, there is BEER, wine and other alcohol at the bar, everything is for an extra fee, food is a whole different story, you have to fight for food in the literal sense of the word. Huge queues for distribution, despite the fact that they give out meat one tiny piece at a time, the food is the same every day, no variety.
