Cleanliness & Hygiene: The hotel consistently receives praise for its high standards of cleanliness in rooms, pools, and common areas. Towels are refreshed daily, and cleaning staff are attentive.

Just arrived back from a week at coral sea aqua club Don’t listen to any of the negative comments on here, This place is spot on… The food was enjoyable every night, used the American diner on one evening which was well worth going Used the pool bar near the slides for lunch most of the time We had No illness and didn’t know any others we’d spoke to that had either The rooms themselves are tidy and the complex isn’t massive meaning doesn’t take ages to get around site We had a swim up room in block 2 and it was great for the kids to play in of an evening for a few hours Used the sister hotel to access beach and pools, the Greek restaurant on the beach is great too Evening entertainment was ok, we did the Monday night karaoke @ hard rock .. good laugh and a Change of scenery Dance shows were abit boring but the animation team were always really friendly and on the go Waves next door has literally everything you’d need and the bloke was happy to blow up inflatables from home - refused to charge us either so we left a tip instead We booked excursions through falcon and the young lad Yousef was so helpful explaining everything, very welcoming with the children and all in all good value for money Bar staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always offering drink orders Recommend taking insulated cups , pool shoes , lots of suncream, mosquito bands (didn’t suffer many bites at all). Hand gels Tipped in USD WiFi was decent and only cost £8 for the whole week Kids loved all the staff but their favourite was Panoo Have visited waterworld a few years ago and I’d definitely say aqua club was slightly better Only negative was having to chase up getting fresh beach towels on a couple of occasions

First time at the Coral Sea Aqua Resort and absolutely loved it. Only back a few days and already booked to go back 2026. The hotel is stunning and spotless, all the staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are so spacious and comfortable. The food is amazing, you could always find something to eat and the restaurant staff were so friendly and efficient (big shout out to Ahmed and Ghlaram). The staff in the lounge bar were great and always made sure we had a drink. Although we weren't at the main pool, you could hear that the entertainment team worked hard and always took the time to speak to you when they saw you. Even the security were really nice, making sure you got across the road safely and always had a smile when you left and returned to the hotel. I honestly can't say anything negative about this hotel and can't wait to return.
