There are 2 hotels, one by the sea and one not by the sea. I booked a family room, but when I got to the hotel, they said the price was for locals, not for foreigners. I had to pay an additional 100 USD to check in. The room facilities were poor and the air conditioner was old and noisy.

Just got home from a week here, fab place to stay a lot for the kids to do age 15,10, everyone out the pool by 5:00/5:30 ish staff all lovely, good mix of food, ok to go out the hotel,clean and tidy, Night time not a lot to do at all the entertainment is hit and miss so can get abit boring take some games with you, and make sure you have mozzy spray we got a few but some people wow didn’t look good

Brilliant holiday, staff are incredible Abdo in particular really looked after us poolside. There is so much to do for all the family’s, 9 amazing slides, a lazy river, two huge kids pools, one large pool and a wave pool. The Aqua Club's got all the fixin's: comfy loungers, refreshing drinks, and grub that's OH-SO-GOOD! The staff? Friendly and attentive, like your favorite vacation BFFs! And the activities? We're talkin' snorkeling, diving, lazy river floaties, and a water park that'll have you screamin' with delight! Families, couples, and solo travelers – this place has something for everyone! This hotel is amazing! The staff can’t do enough for you. Bedrooms are clean every day. The food was great The pool areas are amazing plenty of lifeguards around every pool at all times. Would 100% recommend this hotel to families that are looking g to stay in Sharm El sheikh

We had a lovely stay at coral sea aqua, staff are amazing so friendly and always there to help Room- comfortable and always kept very clean. Pools- could always get a sunbed and the staff round the pool couldn’t do enough there is a great water park. Reception- was not very welcoming- decor, furniture staff were friendly and helpful. Food- could always find something to eat but lacked flavour and very repetitive and we were only there a week, staff in the restaurant were great always had a smile Would we return definitely to see the staff

Just back from a fantastic holiday here, everything was fabulous, can't fault it. Three people went out of their way to make sure we had a brilliant time, and for that they deserve a mention, Khaled in the restaurant, Ahmed serving the drinks round the pool was amazing and Oliwia always had a smile on her face. Would we come back? 100% would we recommend? 100%
