Amr and yasser are the best and kindest drivers at the resort! They deserve a raise. Rooms are beautiful and views are amazing! Amany is also the best pool and events host helping me out with my swimming toys and games etc! Will be coming back next year for another vacation!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like an old friend, the staff could not do enough , the drinks at the Tiki bar during the day were welcomed in the heat, the lifeguard Shaz I think at the top Pool was fabulous with Amr at the tiki bar they looked after us . We did give a tip and this was greatly recieved. The rooms were a good size and very cool which was perfect. The food was very god in all the areas, the beach BBQ was a fave . There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like, we did tip well but we felt the service deserved it . The shop on site is a rip Off, £35 for fake glasses, £7 just outside the hotel. The shops were usual outside . There’s a chemist and mc Donald’s also. Honestly I would deffo reccomend to everyone. If you like a drink it’s all branded too .

Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh 5* великолепно и создано по высоким стандартам качества. - Огромная красивейшая, вся в зелени территория под ежедневным бережным уходом садовников просто впечатляет! Всё продумано до мелочей и выглядит очень эстетично 🌺 – До моря и по территории отеля от дальних домиков постоянно курсируют гольфкары. – Бассейны обширные и ухоженные, наши дети 9 и 11 лет пропадали там целыми днями. Аквапарк интересный. - В ресторане часто полная посадка, особенно в выходные, но официанты моментально убирают освободившиеся столики. На нашу компанию из 8 человек столы тоже находились. Питание очень разнообразное, мне понравился выбор блюд! Так же имеются бары у бассейнов, где можно перекусить и взять напитки. - Обслуживание номера на высоком уровне 👏 Спасибо Халиду за идеальную чистоту, внимательное и добросовестное отношение, за красивых зверюшек из полотенец!🙏 - Тур был оплачен на 2 взрослых и 2-х детей, но по факту в номере было только 3 спальных места. Халид по нашей просьбе быстро помог с дополнительной кроватью. - По вечерам проходят развлекательные программы. Интересно и зрелищно. - Впечатляют виды на море! Плавание в рифах с большим разнообразием рыбок – это настоящее наслаждение, рекомендую всем любителям подводного мира 🐠 - Наши дети несколько раз теряли головные уборы у бассейнов) У охраны есть чат с фотографиями потерянных вещей, и в течении 10 минут можно получить свою потеряшку назад. Всё фиксируется в журнале потерянных вещей. Мы с семьей провели незабываемое время в Swissotel! Огромная благодарность всему персоналу отеля, который сделал наше пребывание комфортным! Ребята приветливые и вежливые, всегда готовые помочь ❤️ Рекомендую всем, кто ищет уют, развлечение и красоту природы!

I spent 7 beautiful days at Swissotel from Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is located in a prime area of Sharm El Sheikh close to the beach, with easy access to coral reefs,water sports and attractions such as Naama Bay and SOHO Square. It is a popular choice for families, couples and diving enthusiasts alike. Most guests note the friendliness and high professionalism of the staff. My special thanks goes to our amazing Manager and dearest friend Mr. MOHAMED SOBHY . He truly made my stay exceptional, he was always there when I needed something, handled every request with care and high professionalism and a smile. For sure his support and dedicated work made all the difference. Made me feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated in a modern style with local influences. The main restaurant offers an international buffet with a variety of fresh options. There are also a la carte restaurants with Oriental, Italian and Asian specialists. The private beach is clean, well- maintained , with fine sand and direct access to the reefs for snorkelling. The hotel has also several swimming pools. A very nice area for Adults Only and a other area for families with a nice Aquapark, a SPA and wellness centre, children club., daily activities and evening entertainment. The hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for a quality, clean resort with solid service and a top location for relaxation or outdoor activities. The overall experience was amazing and memorable. I’ll definitely come back soon for sure.

What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding team, especially the attentive and professional staff at the kids' club. Rita, Karina and Nana deserve special recognition for their gentle and caring approach with the children, ensuring they had a fantastic time. Farida at the front desk made sure we’re have everything we need. Excellent experience
