Ing yaz Rixos Premium Seagate truly offers a dreamlike vacation experience. The Aquaventure Park is incredibly fun for both kids and adults. The time I spent at the spa was perfect for escaping the hustle of work life. However, the hotel is quite large, so getting to some areas can be a bit tiring. The food is diverse and delicious, especially the seafood, which absolutely delighted me. The staff are always friendly and attentive, doing their best to ensure guest satisfaction. For those seeking a luxurious holiday, Rixos Premium Seagate is definitely the right choice! + Beti

Great all inclusive hotel to stay. Really good staff who looked after us very very well. Excellent for service. It would have been 5 star. We were disappointed with vegetarian food as it lacked variety. But great for meat eaters! Management assured us that they are expanding vegetarian choice. We had an excellent meal prepared for our last night. So speak up! Would recommend.

Выбирали очень тщательно отель для отдыха в январе и остановились на SWISSOTEL. Первой причиной стало место расположения - в бухте Наамабей. С этим не прогадали.Самый безветренный пляж, очень уютно. Приятный бар, души, туалет. Всё есть. Мы жили в малом корпусе, где 18+. Эта часть отеля очень понравилась. Тихо, официанты постоянно обслуживают, спрашивают как дела, что принести. Все приветливы. По еде более скромный, чем основной корпус. Но нам хватало. Зато не толкаешься в очередях и есть обслуживание. До моря с этого корпуса идти 10 мин. Можно ехать на гольфкаре. Когда приехали, то подогревался только 1 бассейн. По мере заселения отеля включили и второй. В основном корпусе только центральный бассейн был с подогревом, аквапарк холодный. Анимация в отеле а этот период уже была слабая, мы не ходили. Пользовались привилегией и ездили в другие rixos. В rixos adults дискотеки и выступления каждый вечер. В Seagate офигенный аквапарк. Получилось посетить 3 ресторана, больше всего понравился гриль на пляже. Отдых в целом нам очень понравился! Советуем этот отель!

Since we came in this hotel and everything is perfect , vibes here it’s encouraging you to make everything and help you to relax your mind from all the stress of life , Big thank for everyone works here , the staff is really amazing all of them and every day we are playing bocce, volleyball, darts , water ball and we do yoga and every evening different program for kids and for adults too , live music , dance show , Band and group they are singing very well , thank you animation team swissotel

Fabulous holiday, all the staff are super friendly regardless of giving them a tip or not. Speak to them the way you would to be spoken to and you will find a warm welcome. Some of the guest do spoil the experience with their behaviour to the staff and other guests but you just have to sit back the let if fly pass (we all know the minority that cause this ) The hotel is massive but you have a good internal golf buggy system that works and gets you around the hotel. We will visit again

The hotel left us deeply disappointed, primarily due to its terrible reception service. Upon arrival, our family of nine spent an exhausting 3-4 hours trying to check in and secure our rooms. The process was chaotic, disorganized, and frustrating, with little to no assistance from the staff. Despite booking well in advance and requesting rooms close together, we were given accommodations scattered across different, far-apart sections of the hotel. This was highly inconvenient, especially for a family trying to stay connected during our trip. The issues didn’t end there. The rooms themselves were poorly maintained. The heating system in our room was completely nonfunctional, leaving the space uncomfortably cold. This was particularly distressing as we were traveling with small children who struggled to stay warm in the chilly conditions. Overall, the poor service, disorganized check-in process, and inadequate room conditions made our stay highly unpleasant. A deeply disappointing experience we wouldn’t wish to repeat.

Goed hotel, goede ligging. Servicegericht. Fijne personeel. Eten is ook goed geregeld, bedden en kamers schoon en netjes. Kidsclub en activiteiten ook heel fijn. Jammer dat het wel allemaal in het Russisch is alleen. Voor de rest heel fijn genoten.

I will talk only about the Brazilian dinner experience of the hotel for now, as it was truly memorable and fantastic. The meat, shrimp, and the salsas were super tasty, the music was great and also we were left astonished by the dance that happened during this trip. Highly recommend taking Brazilian dinner if you visit this hotel🫰🫰
