I chose this hotel because it was close to the Farshiya Cafe. I also chose this hotel because it was cheap. There is a free shuttle bus to the mango market and a free shuttle bus to the private beach. There are two buses a day.

First, I feel we’re not welcome. I think they pick up the customer second they try to give us different room the one I booking and the room he tried to give it to us was really bad smell bad and small and when I asked to get different room, he get mad with no reason Third he doesn’t wanna clean the room always he say OK I never bring someone to clean it and I have to talk to them a lot of time to clean my room and when I try to call from the phone inside the room they never respond.

Отель точно не соответствует 4 звёздам. С женой решили отдохнуть в Египте и после долгого выбора остановились на Tivoli Aqua Park. Персонал оказался не слишком приветливым. Менеджер, к которому мы обращались с вопросами, был постоянно раздражён, никогда не улыбался и явно не стремился помочь. В номере не мыли полы, фен и окно были сломаны, а на телевизоре показывали только арабские каналы в ужасном качестве. Мы выбрали номер Superior, предполагающий комфорт, но его не было. Доплатили за «всё включено», но качество сервиса разочаровало. Алкогольные коктейли подавали в маленьких пластиковых стаканчиках, виски разбавляли, а колу заменяли дешёвой подделкой. Так было со всеми напитками. Питание оказалось однообразным: блюда повторялись через день. Через неделю мы уже не могли на них смотреть. При этом нам не разрешали накладывать себе больше еды или десертов, ссылаясь на какие-то лимиты. Отель не оправдал ожиданий, и я его не рекомендую.
