Nous sommes revenu pour la 2e fois. La communication entre le centre de plongée et la réception est inexistant. Le responsable réception est assez peu aimable. Il applique des suppléments a la réservation initiale qu'il ne sait pas même pas expliquer même Il ne supporte pas de plus la réservation d'un taxi en direct. Il veut le faire lui même pour toucher un avantage financier probablement. La location du matériel de plongée est très chère et les plongées sont souvent les mêmes sauf si versement de pourboires conséquents. Pour avoir service acceptable il faut payer deux fois le prix du taxi normal verser des pourboires quotidiens au bar au centre de plongée a la réception. Een geweldig kleinschalig resort voor de duiker die naast mooie trips in de onderwaterwereld houdt van rust. De ontvangst/receptie en de bediening gedurende het verblijf waren hartelijk en attent. Hier en daar een fooi helpt hier zeker aan mee, maar daar werken ze ook hard voor bij hoge temperaturen. Mooie, schone kamers en een knus restaurantje waar je bij het ontbijt al kon zien wie je duikbuddy's waren op de boot. In dit resort geen kinderanimatie of feesten in de avond, maar de mogelijkheid om in het restaurant wat te drinken of te eten met uitzicht op de Rode Zee. Een mogelijkheid om helemaal offline te gaan. Wij komen zeker een keer terug naar deze plaats!

This is now the 3rd time here scuba diving with UMBi. This time didn’t disappoint at all. Emailed ahead to book a couple days dives. Two boat days, one local north covering Ras Bob, Nasrani areas then local south towards Ras Mohammed covering Temple and Umm Sid, then a night dive the sharks bay. Always greeted with a warm welcome, lovely team there, met some other solo divers which was always great to do. Superb professionalism both on shore and on / in waters can’t wait to get back.

i spent 10 days here. it was wonderful. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. also the food was delicious. the diving was great and well organized. i did the open water course and loved it. the instructor was very professional and patient. i had a great time.

Very friendly, very hospitable dive centre. We had a great week as a mixed-experience family group with boat diving every day. Good food at the beach restaurant. Comfortable accommodation with air conditioning, clean bathroom, nice balcony area.

-Come as a guest, leave as a friend - I can't possibly better describe the wonderful and unforgettable time I had here....the place is a little corner of paradise, people and stuff are welcoming, friendly and always there to help! I got my advanced scuba certification here with Emad - it was an experience that I will never forget, spending two days learning from him, loving the dives and the beauty of the Red Sea and just finding your people....Fadi and all the crew...you made this stay unique and a vacation I will never forget 🙏 thank you for all! Will be back!

Spent three nights on liveaboard Freedom 3 with Fady and Kareem as dive instructors. Absolutely fantastic experience that included 10 dives over three days. All of the crew on the boat go out of their way to make you comfortable and assist with anything you need. We saw a ton of eels, barracudas, turtles and some sharks. Fady and Kareem knew which sites were best for the time of the year and also what times to go to avoid divesite traffic from other boats. Food was brilliant and always plenty leftover so never any concerns about being hungry. It’s awesome to have downtime between dives to rest in your cabin or the saloon. I will definitely be booking again with Umbi Sharks Bay but likely a 5-7 night instead of 3.
