Continental Plaza Beach Resort

The hotel environment is great, and the service staff are very good, from the guy who helped with the luggage, who took me, who spoke poor English, back and forth between the lobby and the room. It was past mealtime and we couldn't find a restaurant to eat at, so the restaurant guy personally took us to the place where we could get the food after get off work. Then the uncle at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby helped us buy meal coupons with cash. The whole hotel has all kinds of memories for us, even though we only stayed for one night. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We booked a room with breakfast included, and we had a flight early the next morning so we didn't have time to have breakfast, so we asked if we could have breakfast in advance? Not allowed, but meals will be packed for the next day. My suggestion is that if you are a special forces soldier like us, you can come here early in the morning to buy meals with cash, which is US$15 per person per meal. After eating, go to the beach and charter a boat to go snorkeling. The charter boat costs about US$40 and meals are included. You can eat on the boat and come back around four or five in the afternoon, and then go to the cliff bar, which does not waste any time. Or if you don't charter a boat, you can go to the beach for diving after breakfast for US$25 per person, and another US$25 is required to take videos and photos. The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a special company. There is a particularly nice uncle on the right side of the hotel lobby as you enter. The airport pick-up service is generally charged at US$25. The price depends on the number of people, the amount of luggage, and the type of vehicle. There was a misunderstanding here. I forgot that my chartered car included airport pick-up and drop-off service. Then I used simple English and gestures to communicate several times to let the uncle know how much luggage we had. Then I paid in cash. I finally booked the airport drop-off service. The uncle confirmed the time and room number with me several times, but when I got back to the room, I remembered that our chartered car included airport drop-off service. I was thinking about whether I could cancel it, but I explained to the uncle. He quickly gave me cash change and said it was my pleasure to serve me! I really struggled for a long time, but I didn't expect that he was not vague at all. He cancelled the order very quickly and provided service with a smile! Thank you very much!

Pessima esperienza, da non ripetere. Le camere sono molto datate, piuttosto spaziose, ma la pulizia non è ben fatta se non solo una spazzata e lavaggio pavimenti, lenzuola non cambiata in una settimana neanche una volta, in bagno macchie e calcare da per tutto, la luce in camera solo al ingresso e vicino al letto. Il villaggio è molto carino esteticamente, pieno di verde e ben tenuto, giardini molto curati. Abbiamo scelto un villaggio internazionale ma purtroppo nel periodo quando siamo stati noi dal 01/06 al 08/06 il 96% dalla capacità era pieno di russi. Nel villaggio ci sono quasi 600 stanze, la spiaggia molto piccola, minuscola nel confronto alla grandezza del resort, sulla spiaggia ci sono più o meno 100 lettini quindi irraggiungibile prendere un lettino, nelle varie piscine dai 10 ai 20 lettini, quindi non ci sono mai posti! Immaginatevi di andare a Sharm el-Sheikh e non riuscire a godervi il Mar Rosso... Il cibo abbastanza scarso, quasi tutti giorni uguale/invariato, poca scelta al buffet, staff amabile (quei pochi che parlavano italiano o inglese) e sempre in attesa delle mance, l'animazione solo in russo.  Ci ha lasciato delusi.... In conclusione, ci dispiace che non abbiamo cambiato il resort al nostro arrivo.... Questo resort è proprio imparagonabile con la fantastica esperienza vissuta l'anno scorso! Ricordi belli: fuori resort, nelle gite e viaggi organizzati tra di noi!
