The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are large and clean and have a balcony with a great view. There are many kinds of bread to choose from for breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool. The reception staff in the lobby are very helpful.

Lovely hotel which you don’t know about . Someone is his name is Samuel he is work as pinter discussion he is told me about this hotel which I pay £47 pounds for the 2 night also including everything I see that great price for the room and the food . First I come in the reception I find someone is called David he is so kind and have a good smiles also he help me to get to my room 1212 and he carried my bag 💼. When I want to the bar on the pool 🏊 I find someone is called ezzat he is lovely person and so kind with big smile 😃 and so helpful and he is honest which I left my bag in the bar table and I come back find it with him safe . advice in the bar you need coffee machine. Also I don’t want to forget about the chef is called Mohamed bbq 🍖 🧑🍳 the food was very local and lovely Egyptian bbq 🍗 I like to thank mr Adel the general manager too he was amazing.

The rooms are very basic, and worn out ; the food was really low quality ; most of the staff was pleasant but not of especially eager to go the extra mile . The Swimming pool area was nice enough , although the Aqua Park was not functional

L'unico aspetto positivo è l'aquapark... per il resto lo sconsiglio ai turisti italiani. Non scendo nei dettagli per non offendere nessuno. Dopo 24 ore ce ne siamo andati. I turisti arabi vengono serviti prima degli europei, inammissibile.

اول مره لينا واختيار رائع بصراحه ومشً هيبقا اخر مرهه الفندق هادي وتيم الانميشن اللموجودين فيه تيم لذيذ وبيعملوا حفلات ومسابقات كل يووم والاكل كويس والاكوا بارك واسعه وفيها العاب كتيرر وفي كيدذ كلاب لاطفل وبيبقوا ميسوطين فيها اووي والاصطفف والناااس الموجودهً فالمكان كويسه جداا ومتحسش انك غريب فالمكان❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

احب اشكر كل العاملين بالفندق علي تعاملهم وحسن اخلاقهم وسرعه استجابتهم خصوصا الريسيبشن علي تعاونهم وتعاملهم الراقي ..الفندق في المجمل كويس الاكل جميل الغرف كويسه والنظافه تمام بردو فندق منظم في العموم المطعم نظيف جدا ومنظم كل يوم فيه فعاليات وأنشطة مسليه صراحه اتبسطت جدا
