Hotel is old need change few things but the staff are amazing i had few problems but the staff fixed directly 🙏🏻😊 manager is excellent and very friendly person Lady which clen our room was excellent and clean very good Animation not bad ahmed in main bar was the best one there and moomin in the restaurant perfect Just one thing our family dont like is how egyptian guests are rude and in the restaurant like animals and pool also they are like that Over all good holiday few steps from naama bay and genena city next door it is fabulous

This hotel is disgusting. All inclusive and I ate cheese spread sandwiches from local supermarket all holiday. I’d got flight back day after I arrived but couldn’t get nothing for the week. It needs condemning and closing down. Surprised they have not caused serious illness or fatal illness in that disgusting dirty canteen they call a restaurant. They are rude. Unhelpful. Description totally opposite to what you get. They water down the bar spirits with their water. They reuse food off tables. Broken sun beds. Dirty towels and ripped. Ripped and dirty bed blankets. Locks on door not working. Wires sticking out. Dirty disgusting smelling toilets. Spirits only in all inclusive. Snacks left over rolls. Broken sunbeds nails sticking out The list is endless. No WiFi only in lobby with a million flies attacking you. Yes it’s three star what did I expect. ??? Well I expected what I saw on the photos or at least half. But to walk into that hotel for a week with no where to go was quite mentally draining. Good job my daughter said I couldn’t take my granddaughter because of school coz if she had of come I would have feared for her health and safety over there because they do not accommodate English people. She would have had to live on biscuits and snacks like I did for my own health. Because I did give the spirits a try and was bad for two days and I know it was the spirits because all my supermarket shopping was sealed I ate nothing that was open or could have been tampered with. Love holidays you seriously need to review your description of this hotel. It needs condemning then demolishing before someone falls seriously ill. My list is endless but the one star review I gave is still not deserved it won’t let me put a minus because it’s worse than terrible. Even the locals know how bad the hotel is. So please anyone attempting to book this hotel please I advise against it. I love Sharm and will go again but I’ll choose wiser next time. So an holiday that cost me £800 ended up costing me double that so I may as well have gone somewhere nicer. Please look at dirt in restaurant sides disgusting.

Hotel was fithy and in disrepair. We went as all inclusive but has to by water and beer as only offered cocktails at tasted like good knows in plastic cups at there get out of the bins and reuse. Chicken was half cooked and still raw in the middle staff don't care and don't even want to talk to you when you complaine. Staff are very rude. Hotel was built in 1902 parts look like there ran out of money and stopped work on it. Hotel it's selve looks like it's not been repaired since it opened and is so in disrepair and is so dated. Bed are made out of wooden pallets and full of bed bugs we were eating alive.
