Not recommended. They're just amateurs. When I checked out, they wouldn't let me leave because they weren't able to charge the tour operator's credit card, even though I had already paid the tour operator. They didn't try to contact the tour operator. Instead, they wanted me to do it, at my own expense. They wouldn't let me leave until the issue was resolved. I almost missed my flight. In the end, I had to pay a second time, this time directly to the hotel. Now I have to chase after my money from the tour operator. Rooms were old and dirty. The food selection was very limited.

It is not good for a single person, there is little entertainment, the animation team is trying hard but there were a lot of elderly people when I went, there were a lot of people aged 50+, the hotel is a 10 but I think it is not for solo travelers, the food is good, the rooms are good, the staff is good.

Territorialeo is located near the airport, there is nothing around the hotel, you won’t be able to go somewhere, you need to go. A bus from the hotel takes you to the beach according to a schedule; on the beach you can only take water and juice, of course you can use sun loungers, you need to take towels with you. The beach on the territory of the Jaz Belberdere hotel is clean, well-groomed, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, entry into the water is both from the pontoon and from the shore. The food in the department is quite good, high quality, don’t expect Turkish AlL in terms of assortment, but the main thing is that it’s clean, neat, tasty!! The entire hotel staff is just super! Thank you very much for such an attitude towards vacationers. !!!! The center of Naama Bay can be reached either by taxi or by public transport, the fare per person is 5 Egyptian pounds. , taxi cost as agreed. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily, there are no problems with anything! This is not the first time we have used Jaz hotels and are always satisfied. Thanks to the staff!
