The hotel is average.
Pros: for this price you get a whole apartment (almost a mansion): a kitchen, a living room, 2 toilets and a bedroom; the beach is nearby and there are cafes/shops. There is a starter kit: water, tea and coffee.
Cons: a very unpleasant musty and damp smell in the bedroom from the air conditioner (it's high time to clean it), and we also didn't find how to regulate the temperature, it's really cold with it.
Towels! There were none in the room, except for a small one, and we couldn't get them from the staff on the day of arrival, although we asked twice. Since we arrived for a day, they weren't needed on the second day, but the reception staff were nicer.
The apartments themselves feel old.

Very bad attitude from the receptionist guy.we had visit the hotel on 18th Dec at 12:30 am.he was so nervous with us and he saying will not give the room you. They was no reason to attitude with the customer they should bring someone who should know how can deal with customer. It's was my first time to see receptionist staff like this.

Me and my partner go there to check in at night but they didnt allow us to check in WHY ? because our booking is good for 2 people . And my father and my uncle is there to help us to put our bags but the receptionist named FAIZAL is very unprofessional STAFF ive ever met ! Im asking him a favor if my family can drop our bags and go but he dont like and he insist only 2 people and he have his housekeeping guy to help . We have almost 1 hrs discussion and we decided to not check in ! Coz of his behavior . Now we are requesting to this property to refund us our money but they dont like !!! This hotel is 2 star and better not to go high . NEVER EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL ! Family , friends we didnt recommend this hotel !
