Sharjah Carlton Hotel

Disappointment ((( This is not the first time in the UAE, the last time was in September, but in Ajman, also 4 stars on the first line, the hotel is fire 🔥! We took this hotel 3 days before the flight. We are not picky about food and the environment at all, but here there is a real problem with both 👎🏽, I won't even mention the staff, rude, abrupt, they took three eggs from breakfast, the cleaner flew up to us like a ****** and started yelling at the whole canteen (I can't call this place anything else): "Madam, madam, you owe 100 dirhams quickly!!!" 🤣🤦🏼♀️, almost killed for three eggs)))) there is no drinking water on the territory, neither for breakfast nor for dinner, we asked, they answered - for a fee! What they put in the room is 1 bottle, and there are 3 of us ... the beach is in bulls, but to give credit wide, plenty of free sun loungers, wonderful entrance, there are fish, only for the beach I gave 2 stars, BUT be careful, every day either oil or fuel oil stuck to my feet and crocs... it doesn't wash off ((( the pool is like a pool - normal, warmer than the water in the bay. The room was bought in the main building with a balcony, they gave me a shabby chalet, with the first cleaning they took away personal, specially folded separately packing bags, we always take them to put our shoes away later when we fly out... the first time this))) we were afraid that they would take out the bags))) we put them in the closet))) there are no slippers and robes, the towels are all in holes ((( About the gym: women's and men's hours, declared until 19:00 - they kicked us out (yes, they kicked us out in a rude manner) at 17:30! Wi-Fi works everywhere, another star) there is a store next to the hotel, prices are like everywhere else. It's 20 minutes by taxi to Dubai. The contingent is Russians, quiet elderly people and couples with children. Bottom line: we won't come back here, the declared 4 stars don't correspond at all, especially in the Emirates! In season the hotel costs twice as much, the only good thing is that we got it really cheap, 6 days breakfast-dinner, for three 88,000₽, without a flight.

Прилетели в 8 утра. Немного подождали на ресепшене. Заселили раньше времени.Номер чистый. Вода и шампуни пополняются ежедневно. Брали завтрак-ужин,еды хватало. Курица,рыба-ежедневно. Голодными не были. Море часто с волнами. Но очень чистое.

Промо сейчас находимся в данном отеле в отпуске. 1звезду ставлю только за море рядышком. В остальном полный кошмар!!!! Грязно везде! В номере пятна на шторах, пыль абсолютно везде! Вода еле идёт из крана и ржавая! Выбор по еде скудный. Скатерти в ресторане грязные. Когда я пишу грязные я имею в виду прям с засохшими пятнами, а не то, что въевшиеся, которые стирка не берет(хотя и они тоже есть). Санузел выглядит так печально, что брезгливо мыться! На кровати вместо нормального одеяла плюшевый плед (и тоже грязный)! Не портите себе отпуск! Выбирайте другой отель, даже если он будет городской и с трансфером до пляжа. Я думала, что море перекроет все минусы, но нет. Пишу отзыв в самый первый день отпуска.

Самый ужасный отель в Шарджа . У нас номер шале , как громко звучит , от этого шале ужас у нас у всех . Номер грязный , в плесени , постельное в пятнах , одеяло у нас ( плед) весь прокуренный . Шале без окон без дверей . На завтрак рис и макароны и Усё , на ужин тоже самое . И где здесь плюс в этом отеле не знаю , ищу 3 день но так и не нашла . И кто такие пищит оды про этот отель ? Вы были в других отелях в Шарджа ? Честно я повелась на отзывы и ахринела от такого сервиса , отель отстой , еда отстой , сервис отстой .
