My group and I stayed here for a day and what we experienced was unacceptable behaviour from the staff with no exceptions. Right from check in to check out every one of the staff we encountered had serious attitude issues and treated us with contempt. Most people who stay here are put up by the airline due to missed connections and are treated very badly. There are no other hotels in the airport and we are at the mercy of these arrogant people. Every request of ours was turned down, be it fresh towels, drinking water or anything else. The people who work here have no business to work in the hospitality industry. It is like they are doing us a favour. It did not take us long to figure out that most goods and services here needed to be 'tipped'. With no other services we ended up paying for courtesy. If you ever have the misfortune of staying here, God save you.

It isn’t a five star hotel, but it is convenient and clean. For an overnight layover, it is hard to beat. We had a deluxe double, which consisted of two single beds. But they provided basic tolietries like tooth brushes. It is a little hard to find, but it is at the rear of a large duty store. You may need to ask for directions When we were there, it was sold out. There are 16 individual rooms

We spend twelwe hours at the airport and we had great time there. We had everything we need - shop's, restaurants, cafés and even a hotel. We had twelve hours between the flights and thanks to all of the mentioned above we felt really like at home!

They showed us two rooms to choose from, we chose, and we quickly checked in. The first minus - there was no change - 2 dollars or 6 dirhams... it was a pretty good room and a comfortable bed to sleep on an overnight layover... but why is it so cold! Moreover, the air conditioning cannot be turned off, and there is no second blanket. And there are no adapters to charge phones... in general, we slept a little, but we froze. Yes, people are constantly coming, so at times it is noisy in the corridor

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Perfect location for the airport! Excellent dinner buffet service! 24/24 room service for eating! Cafeteria open 24/24! Swimming pool available until 10pm! Everything perfect for a stopover while waiting for the plane

i stayed 1 night in this very filthy hotel and its very bad .i dont recommend any one to stay there even if they offér you to stay free... location is bad and room service is very bad and not friendly i dint know why maybe becoz the staff know that the hotwl is very bad .so many thing to say

We stayed at the hotel for the night, a very clean room, slippers, towels, hair brushes, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, water, refrigerator, safe, tea and coffee making facilities are available. There is nothing complicated in getting to the hotel, when you exit the plane into the airport area there is a sign "transit hotel", then a counter with the inscription "book a hotel here" (in English). They accept payment in dirhams, we exchanged dollars at the exchange office (there are several of them) paid and were given a receipt... we went from the counter straight to duty-free and through the store itself to the right. The price for 12 hours of transit is $ 105, many write that it is expensive, but if you compare the price at the Moscow airport, then it is a relatively normal price) but we got a good night's sleep and flew on, by the way, the choice in the duty-free is good and there is even alcohol)) the prices are the same as in Moscow in duty-free .. there is also food court...the hotel is convenient because you don't have to go through customs, you leave the hotel and go straight to the departure area...in general, we were happy with the hotel, everything is very comfortable!!
