No slippers or toothbrushes in the room
Hygiene: Average, no waiter cleaned the room for 2 nights.
Environment: Average, parking is difficult, and there is no food nearby

1. Non-smoking room it was in the order - in fact it smelled like hell
2. The conditioner was on and the temperature in the room was 15 degrees Centigrade! I’ve changed it to the heat mode but it didn’t help and I slept fully dressed as I was walking on the street.
3. In the morning I went to take a shower to finally heat myself up and realized I had no towels at all!
4. I was not able to charge my phone or anything else, since the hotel has only type G (UK Type G).
5. The TV was on.
The breakfast was pretty simple but I liked the traditional dish made of beans.

Our stay was great. The hotel is clean and bed sheets with towels are purely white. I want to mention the very kind teamwork who are so professional in their job special Mr Jamal and his team Mr Shukoor, Miss Shincy, and Mr. Ahinas who paid attention to my daughter had birthday and congratulated her with cake also huge thanks to the chief! Our stay is full of pleasing memories, thank you to everyone.

The hygiene is very poor. Hotel service is quite horrible and late. They didn't provided us coffee and water bottles and tissue box and towels. Tv channels are not working. Although we paid 800 AED but it's not worthy. It's a no for me. Breakfast is not good. We don't recommend this hotel at all.
