前台小姐姐服務非常好，主動，熱情，親和力強，房間佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，免費早餐 停車都有，房間乾淨入住首選值得推薦。 就是這次入住的時候，旁邊住客晚上太鬧騰了，影響休息了。

我覺得很搞笑，晚上到酒店的時候，在只有我一個人辦理的情況下，兩位前台不立刻幫我辦入住，反而在聊什麼，全程講邵陽話當我聽不懂似的，非要我用邵陽話問可以幫我辦了嗎？那麼冷漠跟我欠你什麼似的，回房間問有沒有充電線，也沒有。我覺得很有意思，住過那麼多次酒店我不信酒店沒有配備充電線，要我在房間用那種付費且還是那種充的非常慢的線，床上有頭髮還有黑點我就先不談了，本來就是大晚上十一二點來的，我衹想睡覺，隔音效果也很差，導致我今天早上很早就退房，結果前台連一個人都沒有？？？等了幾分鐘喊的別的部門的人把前台叫了過來，可能去裏面休息了吧，你們休息可以輪崗休，前台至少得有一位在崗吧，這樣不也是耽誤客人的時間嗎？真的處處踩雷體驗感極差
