位置硬件都很棒，一到酒店，門廳接待的魯師傅非常熱情的幫忙提行李，辦好入住後安帶長者電瓶車送去8號樓，給我指引找好停車位，介紹了周邊景點，讓人有入住五星酒店的被服務感覺。
但是酒店其他方面的服務感覺和入住前到期待有差距：
1.入住前一天我致電酒店，表示是長者過生日可以的話麻煩佈置一下房間。接待處表示衹能有賀卡及小蛋糕，我覺得ok這也能讓長者歡喜了。結果進來房間什麼都沒有安排
2.入住二晚，衹有第一天有歡迎水果，第二晚沒有了，詢問酒店前台説不管入住幾天衹有第一天有水果，感覺這一點上和酒店的級別有點不符。

The overall impression of Shaoxing Hotel is amazing. It is surrounded by gardens, like living in a palace. The popular pedestrian street is within walking distance. It is quiet in the bustling city. When checking in, we were carefully guided by Master Lu, who took care of everything including parking, luggage handling, and room instructions. We will come back!
