房間還挺乾淨，設施稍微有點老，服務還不錯，酒店位置好，旁邊就是柯巖和魯鎮。服務員史昊代送行李到房間，順路介紹了酒店設施等訊息，好評

賓館雖然離市區遠點，但是作為休息的話還是不錯的選擇，賓館綠化面積很大，又安靜，有送水果及晚上點心，離柯巖風景區很近，不足的是早餐雖然品種多，但是米粉麪條一弄一大碗，關照少點且浪費，湯料味道不怎樣，按照五星賓館的標準還不夠精緻，希望提升一下。

房間很大，衞生很好，還有小禮品。就在景區邊上，交通方便，還有景區免費巴士。早飯豐富，該有都有。客服都很禮貌，也會主動幫助客人。如果來柯巖風景區可以選鑒湖大酒店，尤其節假日，很便利的。

從門迎，行李小哥到前台接待，餐廳服務員，服務都很到位。酒店在柯巖風景區旁邊，酒店特設內通道直通景區內，讓旅客少走彎路。我們買的套餐，早餐，中餐，下午茶果，晚上綠豆百合湯，太周到了，口味也很好。明年再來！
