Shaoguan Zhenjiang District 4-star Hotels

Yesterday the room was quite big, the whole service was OK, the price was quite high, suitable for traveling with a baby, very close to the Centennial East Street. After eating back to the hotel to rest, you can also come to eat supper at night, there are many punching places, but there are many people, I feel that it should be a very popular area before, the overall living is quite comfortable, and then shopping is also very convenient.

Facilities: The facilities are actually quite well renovated, but the room smells really bad. I really suggest that you increase the ventilation time. The new decoration smells a bit pungent. Other places are very good, very high-end, with complete facilities, including a gym, a laundry room, and breakfast. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is very good, but there are small cockroach corpses behind the pillow. This does not have a big impact, but it is disgusting to see. Environment: The environment is very good and parking is convenient, but there are no food and entertainment nearby. But for me who go home to visit relatives, it is very close, and I can get home by crossing the road. Service: The service is super good, and the front desk responds to every request. It's great.

My first time coming to Shaoguan and get to stay in this lovely hotel. Although location wise may not be in city center, but I love the quietness and everything in here make you feel super special. Huge breakfast buffet selection, friendly service, comfortable room size and super clean, that’s all I want from a hotel. ☺️

Service: Friendly and polite staff Hygiene: The hotel is clean, the guest rooms are clean, and the bath towels are sterilized. The guest room offers a beautiful view of the river, the bedding is comfortable, there is a plug and USB port on the left side of the bed, and a light switch button on the right. Breakfast includes porridge, noodles and Chinese breakfast. You can walk to Centennial East Street and walk along the river to get there. Zhongshan Park is not far away. The only thing I’m thankful for during this trip to Shaoguan is that the hotel is nice, everything else is just average.

We stayed in the Romantic Premium King Room, which according to the hotel staff, is the best room in the hotel. However, when we checked in, we found that the toilet had not been cleaned, and there were urine stains from the previous guests on the toilet seat. After complaining to the front desk, staff came to clean it, but the toilet seat was still not clean. In the end, we wiped it clean ourselves. . When I checked in, towels were placed on the bed in the shape of a heart. It was supposed to be the staff's kindness, but unfortunately the towels used were obviously stained, so it was better not to use them. When I checked in on the first night, there were obvious stains on the pillowcase, so I had to choose one that didn't look so dirty. In addition, there are very few food options for breakfast, and guests have to go to the front desk to get breakfast coupons every day. The management method is obviously outdated. Later, the room manager tried to contact us to apologize for the situation on the first night and provided a set of hotel toiletries as compensation. Other shortcomings can be ignored, but the fact that the room is given to guests without cleaning the toilet is really annoying. Therefore, we did not accept the hotel toiletries. The hotel is next to Shaoguan East Station, which is more convenient for travel. You can see a river view from the room. Unfortunately, the sanitary conditions are poor, so I still don’t recommend staying here.

The room was cleaned very clean, the supplies were packaged in plastic, clean and hygienic. The location is very good, convenient to travel, shopping is also convenient. Recommended stay.

This hotel really understands the hearts of travelers! Conveniently located near the main road. The parking lot is large, so it is not difficult for novices to park. The laundry room not only has laundry facilities, but also a dryer, so you can wear dry clothes on the same day. The projection effect in the room is great. Lying on the bed and watching the game, it feels like being on the scene. The overall environment is warm and comfortable, and the experience is excellent!

The location of the hotel is right next to Feng Cai Tower, perfect both for shopping and enjoying the bars and restaurants next to the river. The hotel is large and although it's quite old, it is very well maintained and has a feeling of quality. It could be described as either elegant or old fashioned, depending on your point of view, but it's very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

The stay experience was very unpleasant, and the main problem was the front desk service attitude. Two toothbrushes are needed at night. After contacting the front desk, the reply is ”off work, no service aunt, this is not their work”. As a hotel, providing basic daily necessities (such as toothbrushes) should be the basic service content, but the front desk not only did not actively solve the problem, but was cold and even shirked responsibility.   This service attitude is very disappointing and seriously affects the stay experience. I hope that the hotel can strengthen staff training, improve service awareness, and ensure that the reasonable needs of guests are responded to and solved in a timely manner.
