The overall experience of this stay exceeded expectations, the design of the first-class hotel, and the health is qualified. Private hot springs, clear water quality, excellent privacy, don't be too comfortable when you soak! The staff's service attitude is first-class, and the snack fruit is also intimately delivered late at night, warm and thoughtful.
The fly in the ointment is that there are more vegetation next to the outdoor hot spring area, and occasionally small animals such as snails and cockroaches can be seen. It is recommended to deal with insect repellent. In addition, only two bottles of free drinking water are provided per day. The front desk informs that additional needs are charged. It is slightly inconvenient for guests who are used to drinking a lot of water and the pattern is slightly smaller.
There are fewer people in the public area to maintain services in the off-season and the pool is great.

The hotel is very new, very close to Nanhua Temple and Shaoguan College, the boss is also very good, adjusted the room according to our needs 🫰🏻 Friends said that the village is full of real hot springs ♨, each room is equipped with a bath set, parking space is sufficient, breakfast variety is not much, but the product is OK, the drink is not bad. It would be better if the bathroom location was separated ☺️

GGerardus Maria GemmaOur stay at the Home of Mountains Hotel near Danxiashan was truly amazing and memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and service of the owner and staff. We were invited to join them in picking plants from the garden, which were later used to make delicious homemade dumplings. We also got to taste other homemade delicacies, adding to the homely atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main gate of Danxiashan Geopark. We highly recommend this hotel as it is undoubtedly the best in the entire area.

The front desk service is good. The room was upgraded after check-in, and there was a little sister pouring tea, which was very good!

The room is professionally equipped - a high-end computer (i7 processor + 4060Ti graphics card), a 144Hz gaming monitor, a mechanical keyboard and a sensitive mouse. Playing League of Legends: Naraka is smooth and has no lags! The network is very stable, and the feel is much better. I went from Platinum 1 to Diamond in one night! Cool Yapi! It is easier to gain points by forming a team and playing Black Rogue. The environmental design is full of technological atmosphere, and the ambient lighting of the bed and the ergonomic chair ensure maximum comfort. The details are also thoughtful: free drinks, noise-cancelling headphones, and USB docking stations are all available. The hotel service responded quickly and proactively asked about equipment needs. The sound insulation is excellent, so you don't have to worry about disturbing your neighbors. It is definitely the first choice for e-sports enthusiasts. I will definitely come again next time!

CCarelLooks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

Give this inn 10 stars.
I felt a lot of emotion, not only because of the beautiful scenery of Danxia, but also because of the enthusiasm and feelings of the boss and his wife.
It was our first time here and we were not familiar with the route. After hearing this, the boss took a map and used a pen to plan a route for us. And for our safety, we said not to travel yet.
After entering the room, I was really impressed. I couldn't believe that I booked such a room at such a price.
Haha, the first day we checked into the inn was quite late. We originally wanted to go to the mountains to see the scenery, but it started to rain halfway there. My sister (the boss’s wife) took the initiative to send us a message asking us where we were and come pick us up and take us around the scenic spot in detail. The introduced scenic spots provided suggestions for our trip the next day.

After climbing the mountain the next day, my sister made tea for us and treated us to watermelon. We sat down together to reminisce about this journey. In this process, we felt like we had made a friend in Shaoguan. He is telling us the story of Danxia Mountain enthusiastically.
During the chat, I felt my sister's feelings. Maintaining this original intention to operate this inn, we continue to promote the beautiful scenery of Danxia Mountain, hoping that more people can see China's beautiful Danxia landforms and let more people see the charm of China's landscapes.
Goodbye Shaoguan! Goodbye beautiful Danxia Mountain! Goodbye Leaf Inn!

Hotel is new with an impressive arrival area.
Breakfast. Good spread with good dim sum. They varied some the dishes ao that longer staying guests would have variety. Staff were pleasant and helpful in the dining hall
Rooms. Nicely designed and quiet. Sheets are of great quality. Safe in room. Slippers provides. Conditioner for hair. Pillows were labeled and 2 firm ones and 2 soft ones provided. The only thing I can complain about is the headboard for the beds. It was visibly dirty.
Amenities: indoor pool which we did not use. Gym with 3 treadmills and 1 elliptical and woke weights machines. Not bad overall but there was no water provided.
Staff at reception: the older lady who served us when we checked in was excellent. She suggested places for us to go and was very enthusiastic about guiding us on top of sorting our check in details. The young male staff who attended to us when we checked out was unbelievably unhelpful and uninterested when we asked about a particular attraction. His answer was just no and don't know. Did not bother to help check with colleagues or make calls. This marred an otherwise good experience at Holiday inn.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived at the address given by City Comfort Inn we’re stunned to find the place an abandoned building. For a minute we thought we’re victims of a hotel scam. But a call to the hotel quickly sorted out the actual location which was just a little down the road.
The hotel seemed to be newly renovated with clean rooms and well maintained facilities.
However what we loved most was the location of the hotel. It was practically next door to the Shaoguan East Railway station & the bus station. From here we easily caught a bus to Danxia Mountain. At night we enjoyed walking to and along the FengDu Lu BuXingJie for our dinner. The next morning it was a breeze making our way to the Shaoguan Railway Station to take our train back to Guangzhou
City Comfort Inn fitted naturally and perfectly into our itinerary!

OOoiksI am a foreign traveller from Singapore. On my day of arrival on 29 December, i was greeted friendly by the front desk named Mr 小戴. He gave me a free room upgrade and answered to all my queries patiently and politely. On the second night, i seeked some help from the front desk Miss 小胡 and she too was really friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to those two people.
The room was clean, and all amenities were functioning properly except that the shower drain may be a bit clog and water may flow out when turning on full tap for shower.
The location is very close to Shaoguan railway station, just 15 minutes walk over the bridge. There are also many eateries nearby with a shopping mall just opposite of the main road.
The breakfast was sumptuous with decent amount of chinese choices in buffet style. Some oranges are available and soy drink and tea for drink.
I will definitely consider coming to this hotel again if i visit Shaoguan in the future.
