房間很大環境好，和兒子一起來看演唱會的，半夜上吐下瀉到前台詢問哪裡的醫院最好，前台的王夢瑤和劉辰璇非常有耐心的告知，最令感動的是她們兩個人看到我們從醫院回來還問詢了結果怎麼樣，非常的暖心！！！下次還來鳳城康養中心入住！！服務人員素質非常高！！

應該算的上是晉城最好的酒店，服務滿分，從下車到上電梯，全都有工作人員陪同服務，還是在節假日人多的情況下！工作人員服裝統一，細節滿滿。入住兩天，都送了水果，端午當天送了粽子。綠化做的很多，環境非常好。酒店內設施很新，房間很大！！誇誇！！！
