這次入住體驗完全顛覆了我對酒店行業的認知，必須吐槽！
1. 衞生臟亂差到令人作嘔
一進門就聞到房間有股黴味，床單和被套上明顯有可疑污漬，浴室角落甚至能看到頭髮殘留。最離譜的是，毛巾摸起來潮乎乎的，像是從沒幹透的！這種衞生條件連最基本的入住安全感都沒有，嚴重懷疑清潔流程形同虛設。
2. 服務態度敷衍如機器人
前台辦理入住時全程低頭玩手機，問問題要重複三遍才回答，態度冷得像塊冰。半夜空調突然罷工，打電話半小時無人響應，最後衹能裹着被子發抖到天亮。
3. 設施老舊到懷疑人生
被套材質硬得硌人，像是用了十幾年的陳年舊物，躺上去根本找不到舒適角度。更崩潰的是隔音差到離譜——隔壁房間打電話、走動聲聽得一清二楚，凌晨還被樓上跺腳聲吵醒三次。
4. 基礎服務嚴重縮水
宣傳頁明明寫着24小時熱水，結果洗澡時水龍頭流出的全是冷水！工程部維修半小時後竟回覆“管道故障暫時無法解決”，直接讓客人用冷水擦身？
總結：
從衞生到服務，從設施到誠信，這家酒店無一過關。本想找個地方好好休息，結果整晚神經緊綳如臨大敵。奉勸各位避雷！如果酒店管理者還能有點職業底線，建議重金聘請保潔團隊、更換隔音門窗、培訓員工基本服務意識。否則遲早被差評淹沒！
