1620的房費 ，入住發現空調漏水，地板全是水，牆發黴，反饋上來維修 ，維修後，依舊存在空調製冷不行 的問題，哪怕商家拿風扇吹水機上來，半夜還會熱出汗 ，針對此情況，商家説給200補償金，我本本着不為難對方，你提出我接受，讓轉微信即可，但商家拒絕轉微信，必須要我取消平台訂單，通過平台才可退200，若我不同意取消訂單，他們就不解決，且他提出不轉微信的理由是，我若不取消平台訂單，因為我的訂單是1620，平台抽取的佣金會比他不升價要多，他衹想少給手續費，真絕了，最重要的是 網上住過的客人評價幾百 我去的週六升到1620 週日他一千一百多，我都認了，但如此這樣的解決方式 逼我取消訂單我沒法接受，本不想給差評，商家的處理方式 我不寫一條都對不起這樣的解決方法和環境

空調滴水一整天，開了一天都不涼，房間還特別很老舊，所有的牆壁上都是黴菌，花了一千五一晚 ，家人去了都覺得配不上這個價格，除了是玥海5棟沒其他任何優點，住過其他幾百塊錢的玥海五棟的都比這個好，好評是刷的吧😂
