這個別墅很小。
小區環境物業管理非常差。地下通道糞水位臭死了，沒人清理。雜草橫生。樹根的泥土沖到地面到處都是。
非常臟亂差。
門口整個門面又小。
不提出要求，連水都不配一支

離海很近，房間落地窗的海景不錯，走去海邊都不用一分鐘，裝修比較居家，看得出傢俬傢俱都品質比較好，比我之前住過過的那些民宿有質感，比較乾淨衞生，衞生間比較多，適合居家出行

這次汕尾之行最驚喜的就是這家海景別墅了！位置簡直無敵，別墅窗户可以直接看到一線海景，從院子側門出去，真的衹需悠閑地溜達1-2分鐘，就到了沙灘了，沙灘綠化不錯都是熱帶植物，小孩都玩瘋了，一家老小都很滿意，這才是真正的海邊度假
