房間角落有污漬，衞生間的門有異響，窗簾半脱落，是一個新開發的樓盤，住在七樓三台電梯很難等到，做了兩天走了兩天的樓梯，在沿海城市做五百多的房價，從未試過這樣的房子

看標題和圖片，還以為是別墅類的民宿，什麼免費ktv棋牌室游泳池都是沒有的，就是普通的高層公寓，住的都是來旅遊的人，一共二十多層電梯每次要等超級久，房間可以超近看海就這個優點，下樓去海邊特別近，房間衞生一般般吧
