出入方便。周邊食肆很多。公園，市政府，交通便利附近生活很有環境。出差可以選擇，建議裝修後進行除味清潔為好。

在周邊房價高漲的大環境下，相對來説價格便宜的多，入住第一感覺是賺到了，從斑駁的牆壁上、昏黃的燈光下、防盜網上的大洞看得出來，店家也是盡最大能力倉促的趕工出來了！從來沒有體驗過如此“好”的環境，房間的味道也是那麼的“沁人心脾”！店家很貼心的贈送了好幾個會飛會爬的“寵物”！作為外來旅遊的我，也是很“禮貌”的迴應了我對店家這裏的感受，最後説一下價格，僅供參考！166一個房間，離海邊十公里！定了不能取消！這次體驗真是棒極了！
