晚上睡覺一定要鎖好房門。半夜時分，掛門把上的杯子摔得粉碎，嚇得整晚沒睡好。就此事和店長協商溝通，圓滿解決了問題。
建議：1.要為住客做好安保措施，門口要有門衞把守，上下電梯要刷卡機不能讓外來人員隨意出入。
2. 要登記全部入住人員的身份，這次我和朋友三個人入住，衹登記查看了預訂人的身份證號。這讓我們大感驚訝。
