We came here during the spring snow season. The room was very nice and big. There were many windowsills designed to store ski equipment, which is very convenient for skiers. The hotel is truly a ski-in-ski-out hotel. The waiters were very enthusiastic. The cleaning lady was very nice. We went out to eat with friends on the first day and asked for help to clean the room. She came right away. The front desk staff was very responsive. Especially Liu Xiaonan at the front desk, she was very nice. Check-out and card refund were very quick, and there was no need to wait.
