趕上春雪季來的，房間很好，很大，設計了很多可以放雪具裝備的窗台，這個對於滑雪的人來説，是最方便的。酒店真正做到了滑進滑出。服務員都特別熱情。保潔阿姨人特別好，我們第一天結束和朋友出去吃飯，讓幫忙打掃一下房間，馬上就來了。 前台服務人員有求必應。尤其前台劉曉楠，人很好，辦理退房退卡都很迅速，不需要等待。總之這個地方應該是超出了我的預期。會再來的

酒店前台服務熱情周到，員工態度友好，辦理入住手續迅速。特別是員工劉曉楠退房時行李放在了房間，一個人幫我們把四個人的行李收拾好放到了大堂。酒店環境也特別好房間夠大能看到雪道，滑進滑出非常方便，酒店配套設施也很全餐廳早餐多種多樣非常豐富。再次感謝前台劉曉楠
