The apple bar is all-inclusive. Although the food is average, it is also worry-free without having to worry about what to eat. The desserts are unexpectedly delicious ✅You can also make reservations for other projects, such as snow hiking, etc. It’s great! 🤷🏻♀️The hotel facilities really need to be improved. The water in the bathroom is really... speechless😒The bathroom is still very small. The hair dryer in the bathroom socket does not work. Go outside to blow dry. But there is no mirror outside, so you can't use curling irons and straightening hairpins. You can only blow dry your hair blindly and it's fine after it dries (in short, this is for skiing, forget about being beautiful when dating) 🤷🏻♀️There is too much scale in the humidifier. It's too dirty... Actually, it can be cleaned by adding an effervescent tablet... Why not clean it..... The housekeeper is very nice, but I'm embarrassed to mention the housekeeper's name because I've complained too much here. In short, the service is very good, and the facilities need to be improved.

I stayed here last year when I went skiing with my friends. This time I brought my friends here to soak in the hot springs and chose this place. It is very convenient to go to the panda pavilion and hot springs. There is a cable car going up the mountain just outside the back door of the hotel, so come early now. It hasn’t snowed yet, but you can see the snow field from the window of the room. I happened to see white smoke coming out of the snow path. It must be snow making and repairing the snow path😍, but the snow that has fallen has not been retained and has evaporated. 😂It will be more convenient to go skiing when it snows in a few days.

This hotel in Yabuli is very good. The room is very clean and there is no need to worry about hygiene. Because my friend has sensitive skin, the bed is completely comfortable to sleep on without any problems. Because it is very inconvenient to take a taxi in the town, the hotel arranges a business car every day to pick up guests from the station to the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich! The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

She helped call for a car to pick up and drop off the surrounding area. If there were any questions, she responded promptly. She also helped order flowers and cakes at a relatively cheap price. The iron pot stew she introduced was also delicious, and there were no pitfalls.

It is a private villa remodeled homestay, just renovated and relatively new. The complaint point is that the room does not provide mineral water, the bathroom does not have curtains, and you can see it outside the toilet. The key is that the road is not far away.
