We love the big clean spacious room with nice view. The room is so big that we can fully open 2 big luggages and still have plenty of space. Located in the heart of the old city, with many shops and restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable, and they provided oxygen machine and humidifier, which are great for high-altitude stay. There is a sofa in the room, too. The operator is very friendly and helpful. He even woke up early to send us to the main road as it will be challenging to lug our luggages along the uneven ancient road. Will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Shangri-La. I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff eventhough they can’t speak English but they tried their level best to communicate via wechat and translate.From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was how they helped arrange transportation for my trip to Lijiang and even coordinated my transfer for the Balagezong tour. On the day of my trip to Balagezong,the staff personally sent me to the nearest bus station by motorcycle to make sure I caught the right bus on time—something I never expected, but deeply appreciated. This level of care and attention made my journey smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, but it’s the warm and genuinely helpful service that made it special. I had a very pleasant stay for 3 consecutive days. The host was super supportive in picking up at the train station and carrying large luggage up the stars. He consulted and reserved day tours for us. The lady host treat us like homie. I saw they both taking care of passengers who were suffered from highland uncomfortable. The homestay is kinda new, facilities and smart amenities are well working, make us feel warm and comfortable. Location is right in the heart of the ancient city, shops, cafe, the brilliant square is in walking distance. The courtyard is even way beautiful, many corners for you to relax, it’s pet-friendly. There’s a restaurant with specilities downstairs. In general, the homestay way worth the price and you’ll be enjoy your trip

staff very helpful and importantly friendly to us. the way they explained to us very clear. Never regret to book here because near to 3 restaurant halal food, just about 5 to 15 min walking from here. we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. we also booked balagezong tour & snow meili mountain tour. And, hotel provides free pick up & drop off, so dont forget to wechat them. Overall excellent! we will repeat here again.

Shangri-La Shilixueshan S Tent Manor is located in Napa lake and yila Grassland Scenic Area, 10 minutes' drive from high-speed railway station, airport, ancient city and Songzan Temple. There are 17 cabins in the manor, all of which are viewing rooms with independent bathrooms. The manor has about 100 mu of lawn, and has 6 horses, 3 dogs, 3 alpacas, 2 sika deer, 3 pet goats, 1 shepherd dog, 5 cats, chickens, ducks and geese. and we have one famouce coffee shop called Heidou coffee shop"

I’m from malaysia & every things about this hotel is so perfect. They provided pick up & drop off service from station for free. The host also very kind and helpful eventhogh i can’t speak chinese. I love the hotel because it keeps you warm and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if i come to shangri-la. The distance from hotel to ancient city also not to far. Only 5 mins walkaway. I just love every single things about this hotel. The price also reasonable.
