Very nice hotel, well situated in Shangri La old city. Room is clean and cute, the owners are very nice and super helpful. The heating works well which is a big plus at this altitude. Only downside is the room is a little noisy from the street but not too disturbing.

Wonderful people working here! The breakfast is really nice as well! Add the hotel number on WeChat to request the pick up at the airport or train station, and it was really nice of them to include it. The room was clean, there was a heated mattress and heated floors so it was very warm and comfortable. There's a convenience store really close if you need to get anything and the hotel is extremely close to the old town, but just on the outskirts (so it is quiet). Lots of really good restaurants within 5 minute walk. I would recommend having something to hang things on (like jackets), as it was hard to find places to put them, although lots of comfortable sitting areas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was here for a one night stay, really really love the location! It’s very near to 龟公园，the广场 where you can dance together with the locals and many food stores & costume rental stores! The boss was really nice, he went all out to collect my parcels from 3 different places! Really appreciate that as he saved a lot of time for me as I’m only in Shangrila for 2D1N. There’s also a foot massage store nearby! The boss also have contact to buy 吐司宴会 tickets at a cheap price! Btw there’s no lift in this place, was lucky to get a room on the first floor!

We love the big clean spacious room with nice view. The room is so big that we can fully open 2 big luggages and still have plenty of space. Located in the heart of the old city, with many shops and restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable, and they provided oxygen machine and humidifier, which are great for high-altitude stay. There is a sofa in the room, too. The operator is very friendly and helpful. He even woke up early to send us to the main road as it will be challenging to lug our luggages along the uneven ancient road. Will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Shangri-La. Highly recommended this homestay. The room is tastefully designed , spacious and comfortable. It even has a smart toilet. Felt like home away from home. The owner, wife and their son are all very helpful, helping us arrange our trip, transportation etc. They will make sure that you got a good deal and give good advice on planning our trip. It is also at a very convenient location to visit other attraction areas, shops and restaurants. We extended another day after a five night stay because we love the place too much and we wanted to have a relaxing day just to fully enjoy the place. The owner upgraded us to an even bigger room with a view to the temple at Guishan park. The owner also picked us up from the Dukezong Ancient town when we arrived and got up early to send us to the train station when we checked out.
