I really enjoyed Balagzong, and this hotel within the scenic area was great too. There are three hotels in total within the scenic area: one is at the park entrance, down in the valley, and is more budget-friendly. Another is the cliffside hotel, located in Bala Village, which hosts bonfire parties in the evening, and the scenic area shuttle bus stop is just a short walk down some steps. The third hotel is situated below the temple, offering a quieter atmosphere amidst a surrounding forest. The cliffside rooms are excellent. They come with a small living area, and the bathroom is separate, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. This separate setup ensures privacy, so you won't be disturbed by your travel companion's washing routine. They provide L'Occitane toiletries. Rooms include both air conditioning and a heater. Apparently, tourist numbers are down this year, so the hotel offers shuttle service to/from Dukezong Ancient City. While the scenic area bus takes you to the stupa, the hotel provides transport to other attractions. This hotel is a hidden gem within a breathtaking scenic area.

Balagzong Scenic Area double ticket (including sightseeing bus): The sightseeing bus was almost useless, as we still had to pay an additional 75 RMB for a shuttle to the pagoda. While the hotel facilities were quite satisfactory, the complimentary drinking water in the room became chargeable at 5 RMB per bottle once finished, which was quite unfriendly. The front desk staff member had an incredibly poor attitude; she was dismissive and unresponsive to our questions. The next morning, she even lectured guests and prevented them from entering the breakfast area just a few minutes before opening time. Overall, her attitude completely spoiled our trip. Extremely disappointing!

The rooms boast a distinctive ******* style, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. They are well-equipped and immaculately clean. Situated amidst the mountains, the surroundings are wonderfully serene, and you can enjoy stunning mountain views directly from your balcony. A great bonus is that the hotel covers the entrance fees and sightseeing shuttle tickets. The service was excellent.

If you are reading this, straightaway make your booking. You will not regret it because this is the best accommodation in Balagezong. 1. Superb location. The same building with the entrance to the national park. The lobby is beside the counter tix. Yes u get free tix to the park. Just add 60Y for the shuttle tourist bus to go around the park. 2. The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. We have a very deep sleep after touring around in the day. 3. The host is really kind n helpful. He will assist you on everything and u will feel at home away 4. Superb View from window.

The room is large and there is a parking lot. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. The price is not very expensive. The overall price is very high. The front desk service is also good. It is 20 minutes walk from the ancient city.

This pet-friendly hotel has no size restrictions, as long as dogs and cats don't use the beds. Please respect this rare pet-friendly hotel. Traveling with pets is a major concern, so please be kind. The bed was very comfortable and soft. There's parking downstairs. When you park and unload your luggage, the staff will come over to help. It's very close to the ancient city and Napahai. It does get crowded during peak season. I went there in late July, and it was still quite cold. Wear long sleeves and long pants.

The hotel has been renovated for a long time, and the facilities are relatively old. You can walk to Dukezong Ancient Town, and the transportation is quite convenient! The waiter is friendly, the parking lot is relatively large, and it is convenient for self-driving parking!

For this trip, after comparing two hotels, we ultimately chose the Tibetan-style Tianjie Shenchuan Grand Hotel, and it certainly did not disappoint us. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, surrounded by lush greenery, and this time we experienced a Tibetan-style stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including ******* specialties. The yak milk, in particular, was incredibly rich and creamy. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, contributing to an unforgettable trip!

The environment of the homestay is very good! The boss and the proprietress are also very good, a very good experience, I like it very much, I hope to come again next time!
