There is a housekeeper who will provide full-time travel arrangements, pick-up and drop-off. The drivers are very friendly and drive very safely on the cliff. The only disadvantage is that the hotel will not contact you actively, it is best to call in advance to inquire about transportation and itinerary.

Pro: Room can see beautiful scenery. Very remote and breath taking view. This is what one pays for. Need to improve: Front desk service non-Existence, need training and improvements. We had a confirmed time with front desk for hotel staff /driver to take us to the designated scenic spots in the hotel vicinity. This was included as part of accommodation package. Late at night, front desk contacted and informed us that the previously agreed and confirmed starting time would have to be delayed by 1 hour, to ‘suit other guests’. Firstly, front desk previously confirmed scenic spot visits were one-to-one but was changed/combined with another big group of guests. Secondly, why was confirmed appointment time changed to suit other guests? We were guests too, and all guests must be treated equally. At the end, through our insistence, the original confirmed time was honoured by front desk, but our treatment by front desk staff is totally unacceptable

Thanks to the hotel manager Li Yanjun and the front desk staff Xie Ying for their thoughtful service and warm hospitality. They upgraded our room type. The starry sky on the terrace at night was particularly beautiful! They also made noodles for us when we missed breakfast the next day. It was super delicious!

The same building with the entrance to the national park. The lobby is beside the counter tix. Yes u get free tix to the park. Just add 60Y for the shuttle tourist bus to go around the park. 2. The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. We have a very deep sleep after touring around in the day. 3. The host is really kind n helpful. The hotel is very clean, the shower water is very hot, the central air conditioning is not warm enough but fortunately there is an electric blanket, and the room has a bay window. The lighting is very good. Although there is a KTV next to it, it is also very quiet. The hotel also sent fruits and moon cakes during the National Day. The front desk service is very good and they clean every day. The room is also very large. Although it is not in Dukuzong, it can be reached in 5 minutes by car. In addition, there is a large parking lot in the hotel yard, which is very convenient for parking. I will choose this hotel next time!

I can only repeat what the other reviews are mentioning: it’s clean, got good amenities, but everything seems a bit old. We had some WiFi issues but when it was working it was good. In general, the service wasn’t that great. We arrived tired after a long drive, no help with parking the car or the luggage. Check in was the most rigorous we had, even checking all the flight and train numbers we took. Also didn’t allow us to take a rest first. We went on a hike and wanted to take some Baozi from the breakfast - forbidden (I found that in China this is usually no problem). However, I think for the price it’s fine and while it doesn’t look like it, it’s quite clean. Also the dinner was quite good, breakfast not so much.
