The staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire check-in process was thoroughly satisfying. I left feeling completely refreshed and content. The cleanliness was impeccable, the service was attentive, and they were always responsive to our needs. The on-site facilities were also very comprehensive and of excellent quality.

It was so comfortable! It's worth saying a thousand words about it, but it's better to experience it yourself. Five-star rating! The breakfast was delicious and the environment was elegant. I'll definitely come back next time! Oxygen room.

We booked the hotel's only family grand suite. The facilities were excellent and fully equipped. The disposable toiletries were of good quality, and the wooden toothbrush and comb were a distinctive touch. I experienced mild altitude sickness, and one of the service staff promptly brought an oxygen concentrator to our room, which significantly alleviated my symptoms. **Cleanliness:** Every day, as soon as the staff saw us leave, they would promptly tidy our room and replenish the fruits and drinking water. This was always done very efficiently. **Ambiance & Location:** The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with pharmacies, bakeries, and various local eateries nearby. Even the local drivers mentioned it's a better location than staying in the old town, highlighting its convenience. The hotel grounds are adorned with beautiful succulent plants, creating a lovely ambiance that made us want to linger. I had specifically been looking for a hotel that combined ******* style with modern facilities, and this place perfectly fit the bill. **Service:** The three ladies at the front desk were all incredibly warm and welcoming. They greeted us enthusiastically every day and consistently asked about our needs, which made us feel very cared for. **Goodnight Milk:** A thoughtful touch was the warm milk waiting for us every evening upon our return. Definitely a plus! **Letdowns:** The only major disappointment was the breakfast. The variety was very limited, and the taste was frankly not good. It really didn't live up to the standard or price point of this hotel. Even a simple bowl of rice noodles took a long time to prepare, and the queuing system was disorganized. The breakfast is priced at 68 RMB per person, but honestly, I'd find 6 RMB too much. We stayed for three nights, but on the last day, we couldn't stand it anymore and chose to eat out. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its breakfast offerings and service.

Facilities: The hotel's family room, with one large and one small bed, was a bit cramped. Fortunately, there were oxygen tanks to help alleviate altitude sickness. The laundry room was also very helpful, allowing for laundry. The shower water was not warm enough; washing your hair at such a lukewarm temperature could easily lead to a cold. Service: Upon arrival in the evening, we were given a khata and some fruit, which was a very warm gesture. Environment: Close enough to the ancient city by taxi, and there's ample parking for those driving.

This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Shangri-La this time. The decor was stylish, and the room had a subtle, calming herbal fragrance. While there was some road construction right outside, causing a minor inconvenience, the hotel's location and attention to detail were excellent. The bedding was also very comfortable. A truly great choice.

The proprietress is very warm and polite, and brings snacks to my child every day🤗. In addition, the hot water and floor heating in the room are very good, and you can't feel the cold outside at all! This hotel is located in the north part of Shangri-La, about 10 minutes drive from the old city of Shangri-La and within walking distance from the bus terminal. The hotel room was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and included some tasty ******* breads. The only issue I had was that the hotel does not work with a travel agency. The hotel staff suggested that I go to the old city and find a travel agency there, which I did.

They proactively upgraded us to a family room. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. It's located about 3 kilometers from the ancient town, and taxis are readily available. Excellent value for money.

The free oxygen therapy was incredibly helpful for those of us visiting the plateau. The laundry room and library were also very convenient. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Knowing I was experiencing some altitude sickness, they proactively arranged oxygen therapy, which was incredibly thoughtful. When they heard someone had lost something, the staff proactively helped find it and sent it back, demonstrating their exceptional sense of responsibility. The location is also excellent, not far from attractions like Dukezong Ancient Town and Songzanlin Temple. Dining options and pharmacy options are also convenient, and transportation is excellent. The hotel is quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. We drove, so the parking lot was readily available, saving us the hassle of finding a spot. The price is also very reasonable, and the value for money is very high, suitable for both business trips and family trips. We were very satisfied with our stay and have recommended it to friends. We will choose this hotel again next time!
